Description of Work: FIRST THING...YOU HAVE THE NAME WRONG. IT'S THE ORCHARD. | |Now, they did two things for me. They replaced the mother board on my computer and it works now. And, they tried to help me load a file my father had made of our genealogy. They couldn't get it to work, but they helped me enough to make me able to figure it out later. |They are good at computers. |

+ -1 moreMy son poured water all over my and quot;vintageand quot; MacBook. Apple couldn't help me because my computer is from 2006. I appreciate that Mac Consulting Group could fix my problem in a timely manner. They were priced fairly, considering I didn't really have any other options. My only complaint is that while my screen blacking out and my keyboard acting up were repaired, the computer was returned to me with a different screen problem. Flickering lines appear across the screen when I try to adjust it.
Description of Work: New inverter board and keyboard because there was water damage.

+ 0 moreOverall, it was an excellent experience. Mr. Hancock was prompt and professional in all our encounters with him. He set up our computers on a LAN network, installed a wireless printer, installed 1 Password software, installed an external 500 GB hard drive, went over how to use I Password, moving around in the finder, cleaned out "from PC" folder, set backup for both computers. He provided basic training on the iMac on several occasions, can't remember exact dates.
Description of Work: My husband and I both purchased new iMac desk top computers on July 1, 2010. We had been PC users for a long time and needed more intensive training than offered by Apple. We contacted Mac Consulting Group, Inc. for this and other hardware and software installation. We have been very pleased with all services rendered and the training we received from Mr. Hancock. We also have a support agreement with the company for as needed services.
