I left two nice messages. I asked him to reply to whether he could do the work and if not who would he recommend. Not returning phone calls is extremely rude if you're in business.

We have used Terry Carney plumbing services for many years. At one time, we had multiple rental properties as well as our own home. This provider always did a professional job. He was not available for our last plumbing need as quickly as we hoped, so we used another provider. But if Terry Carney plumbing is available, I would definitely use his services.

Went well except he installed the relief valve discharge pipe to the edge of the attic and left it there. I will work with him again but watch more carefully.

I used Terry several years ago to re-route a water line leaking at the slab. He took care of the re-route in less than a day and saved me a fair amount of money over other quotes. I recently had a whirlpool tub that developed cracks and had to be replaced. I had lost Terrys contact info and hired another plumber. Well, after installing the tub, there were fitting leaks and parts were not all installed correctly. Unfortunately the leak appeared a few days after the original plumber was paid. The original plumber would not return my calls. I discussed this with a contracter who new Terrys contact number. Terry came in , inspected the work, repaired the leak with the missing part, and discovered another missing part that probably would have caused problems later. Needless to say I wish I would not have lost his contact info.

Terry came out and looked at my water heaters and gave me a price. We set up a date and he was there first thing in the morning. One was very difficult, but he and is helper were through in less than 3 hours. He was very careful not to damage anything or to make a mess. I could not be more pleased. Every thing he said he would do, he did. I would highly recommend him and will definately use him again. I am glad to have found a good honest plumber.

Terry called me right back after I left a message and was over within a couple of hours. I thought we had a slab leak, but he checked under the dishwasher first to make sure. Sure enough, it was the dishwasher. He and his helper fixed it very quickly, cleaned under my dishwasher, and cleaned up everything before they left. He didn't charge me too much, and was even kind to my kids and and quot;ferociousand quot; little dogs.

Terry did a great job:) He even let me buy some of the materials and told me the best place to get them. The good thing was, I had an idea that would save me money in the future if this would happen again. He listened and said that would be great and performed it at NO additional charge. Very respectful of my home and leaving it without any real mess.

His price was very fair and low. His workmanship was excellent. I would absolutely use them again.
