+ -1 moreThe person that my wife spoke to about coming out to inspect was very rude and unprofessional. I even called him to find out what the problem was and he was condescending and a downright jerk. Enough was enough. We contacted another local competitor and were very pleased with the service and the customer service. I tell everyone I can about the bad experience we had with this company so maybe they won't have to deal with it. Look elsewhere. There is no place for rudeness in business.
Description of Work: We've had a termite contract with Tangi for 9 years. It was time to retreat the foundation.

+ -1 moreThey were totally excellent. They are courteous, efficient, and were willing to work around my schedule. Their contracts are reasonable and you can call them back anytime you need them. They are awesome. They had an awesome price for the termite contract. They routinely maintain the pods that have the bait in them.
