Stucco Plus LLC

Stucco Plus did a fantastic job! We moved in about a year ago. The stucco still looks great. Walter also had to deal with my builder who is an extremely difficult person to work with. Walter was always polite and friendly and most importantly, did his job well.

They were very responsive from the first contact. The work was done quickly and as we discussed. I did make one partial payment before the end of the project to cover some materials but they did not ask for payment in full until the end of the project. They discussed everything that they were going to do and explained why they did it. Some items we discussed and decided not to do. I have another project on a different house coming up and plan to use them again.

I contacted Stucco Plus because of other reviews. They provided estimates for two options. I went with the more comprehensive option. The crew completed the work in about an hour. Overall, they did a very good job and were very professional. Calls could be more promptly returned but this was not a huge issue for me. I would use them in the future.

They went out of their way to do a superb job. Excellent attention to detail.

The owner required cash payments only. He did not give receipts and he did not return phone calls when there were problems with the work. They were punctual because they wanted to get paid.

My son's friend's car hit the front of my house and I had to get estimates to get it repaired. I researched Stucco companies on Angie's list and the Better Business Bureau. I had several people come out and I felt really comfortable with Walter right from the start. He has plenty of experience and was very responsive to all my questions. I got the quotes and Stucco Plus was comparable with all the others so I went with them. Walter answered all of my questions (I had lot's) and I was worried about matching the color, but he refinished all of the stucco in the front and let me choose the color. They did a fantastic job and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to family and friends!

Rest easy if you hire this company. Stucco Plus has a top notch crew of workers and is a first rate business. I got bids from 3 other stucco professionals. Stucco Plus? price was in the middle. I chose Stucco Plus for 2 reasons. Walter Weiss, their front man so to speak, patently answered all my questions and explained the process in detail. Second, instead of the traditional method (2 to 3 coats of masonry mix), Stucco Plus uses the most current commercial products (from Dryvit, Sonowall, & Thoro) with acrylic admixtures and fibers to enhance bonding and minimize cracking and water penetration. Being a perfectionist and a sometimes worry wart, I was still not sure what I was getting in terms of quality. That all changed after the first hour on the job. Walter and his crew showed up exactly on time at 5:30 AM. One of their chief stucco applicator freehanded mortar additions to my wall cap peaks and ledges to perfection. I breathed a sigh of relief and let them go about their business. They continued to do an amazingly good job. Walter?s business partner, Melvin Franklin, has decades of experience and oversees the field crew. He is more than a stucco expert, he?s a pleasure to work with because he is considerate and attentive. Despite doing the job in record breaking July heat, everyone had a professional attitude, treated each other with respect, and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. That?s not a prerequisite for good work but it makes for less stress for everyone, including me. They came on 4 consecutive work days and would have finished on schedule except for extreme heat and then rainy weather that set in. They returned promptly when the weather improved. In the end, they did an excellent job in every way. I couldn?t recommend them more highly. Stucco Plus is the best! P.S. I am not their cousin. I didn't know them from Adam.
