Description of Work: Bought some appliances for our Kitchen redo. Fair pricing, however, did not call to inform items were in the warehouse. Minor infraction, as we had a 60 day window before appliances needed. Very good face to face service.

Description of Work: Replaced part that controlled degrees of cooling in appliance.

Description of Work: They replaced a mechanical cold-water intake valve on the interior of the washing machine. We have an unusual brand washer and were not able to trouble-shoot it or find adequate information online. There were few repair options in the area for the brand (F-P), so we went with the responsive one. We did this as a one-time emergency option, but we would just buy a new washer rather than pay $165 again. Based on the standard billing fee, we were charged time for labor while I was driving from work to home, not having been notified far enough in advance to be there when the truck arrived. Paid dearly for that 15 minutes.

Description of Work: My Frigidaire washer needed a new water pump, water valve and door lock mechanism. I had a Frigidaire Extended Warranty and Stanton's was one of the options I had to choose that honored the warranty. I had good experiences with them in the past so I used them for this work. They came the day I called. Unfortunately, they had to order the parts needed. Once the parts came in, they came out that day and repaired my washer. Because of the warranty, it did not cost me anything. Everyone I dealt with, via phone and in person were very friendly and helpful. I will certainly use them again when needed. Also, will probably purchase future appliances from them, if price is right.

Description of Work: I have purchased six major appliances from this company at their Perkins location over the years, and I have had a consistently good experience. I have also hired them to install and repair major appliances and they are responsiveness, accurate, fairly priced, and reliable. Terry at the Perkins location is great to deal with, meets competitors' pricing when I ask for a discount, is knowledgeable, and professional. Kenny is the repairman of choice, efficient, knowledgeable, reliable, and honest. I have worked with them for over 10 years and recommend them without reservation.
