Description of Work: They came to repair my refrigerator 1st visit ordered 1 part. came back to install part Then they said I needed a second part. Waited, man left his blood in my freezer, Scratch the inside of my freezer. While he was here I told him to stop called his office and told them what this man had did to my refrigerator. my money was refunded but still after two weeks refrigerator still broken. and more damage to my freezer, scratched interior by technician along with his blood in my freezer

 + -1 moreOur refrigerator suddenly stopped working. After a day of trying to figure out the problem myself, I called Stanton and they sent someone out the next day. The repairman arrived on time, was courteous, and professional. He replaced a part and all was well! He left the old part with us for a memento.
Description of Work: Repaired three-way switch (or something like that) on our refrigerator.

 + -1 moreThe installer, Larry, told me it would take a "couple of days" to have a stainless steel range hood liner custom made and be ready for installation. It has since been over 3 weeks and I have not heard from him. After talking with sales and management staff several times there still has been no resolution. To say that management's attitude is unconcerned is an understatement. Does anyone at Stanton's care about customer satisfaction? I guess once the appliances are paid for no ones cares whether or not it gets installed properly. I am very disappointed with Stanton's service.
