I love my new master bathroom, hall bathroom and kitchen. Took a while for my punch list to be completed because I kept finding items that needed to be corrected. Most of the re-work had to be done by subcontractors and not his employees.

On time and on budget. Very happy with the way it came out.

Jason Spencer and his team were wonderful to work with. They were on time, polite and cleaned up the work sight everyday. Jason gave us a timeline of everything he expected to accomplish and adhered to it very well. If we had any questions, Jason answered our calls and texts immediately. We will definitely use them again.

Spencer's Contracting did a "refresh" remodel of our kitchen---refreshing cabinets by re-staining where needed, fresh overcoat, adding tile backsplash, etc. The work done was excellent. We were extremely pleased with their professionalism and the mannerism of their workers. The work was beautiful. We would use Spencer's Contracting again without any hesitation. We would strongly recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about this company. This was our first big project and we had a LOT of questions and changes in the beginning. Jason was always quick to respond and never got frustrated with us. The job was done on time, as quoted, and under the estimated cost. The men working in our house became family. They knew us, my son, and our dog. I felt very comfortable being here all day with them. They were all incredibly respectful. The bathroom was done perfectly and the stone on the wall is beautiful. They love what they do and want to do a good job. When we needed other things done we have contacted Jason to see who he recommends because we trust them completely. Looking forward to our next bathroom remodel so we can call them!

Finding a contractor who is highly professional and competent these days make me feel like winning the lottery -- Spencer Contracting lived up to its very high standards and our expectations. Our master bath needed a serious makeover. Jason Spencer and Brian Barron came to evaluate the work, took measurements and pictures, listen to our requests and made suggestions. They came back with a detailed bid, explained every line and answered our questions thoroughly. The work started on schedule: bathroom gutted and tiles removed (not a small feat). The shower was totally rebuilt and I marveled at the detailed perfectionism of the project. It was one of these rare occasions when you could go to sleep peacefully without worrying about a problem occurring in the process. Brian was checking every phase and detail. The workers (every single one of them) were professional and courteous, cleaning up at the end of each day. I admired the precision of David installing tiles and with everything else he did -- he is a true perfectionist to the millimeter (amazing). We used quartz counter tops and the installers were as amazing in professionalism. The project was finished on schedule and we still enjoy the final product. This was a dream process and we will hire them back for any other renovation project we might have later.

this is an excellent contractor. Started on time, did super quality work, finished on time and was on budget. All personnel were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves daily. Also provided lots of help in choosing fixtures, flooring, paint colors, etc. Price was fair for the quality of work they did. I would use these people again in a heartbeat.

Took wallpaper off and painted, replaced shower with bench, tile and new hardware. Replace tub and paint.

Spencer Contracting had excellent ratings on Angie's list as well as Houzz.com. Just as the reviews had said Jason came to the house and listened to what we wanted done. He came back with a detailed contract keeping our budget in mind and went over it with us thoroughly. Once the contract was finalized the work started on the decided date and was completed within the specified time period. The team came on time every day, did their work diligently and left the place clean and neat. Everyone was polite and respectful and eager to see that you were satisfied with the final product. When a problem came up Jason took responsibility for it and promptly got it resolved. We are very happy and pleased with the way the bathroom turned out. We highly recommend them and are planning on using them on other projects in our house.

This was our first renovation, but not our first construction project and were primarily concerned with the reputation of the company and quality of work performed. I was impressed with Jason Spencer?s assessment of the work, contract detail and especially happy that one person would be assigned onsite during all phases of the project. One of the unexpected pluses was that prior to the project startup, we met with Jason and a design consultant to assist us with selection and color coordination of the paint, tile and quartz. When doing this type of project in your home, you need to feel very comfortable with the company and project team. I have complete trust in Jason Spencer and our team lead, David (who was on site every day), to deliver an exceptional product. Their attention to detail was most impressive and the work was high quality. Additionally, we made a handful of changes during the project and found Spencer easy to work with to get what we wanted. Our project finished on time and we couldn?t be happier with the outcome. I would highly recommend Spencer Contracting to anyone.

Jason and his entire team were so wonderful to work with. They were all very professional and helpful throughout the process. When an issue arose that was out of either of our control, they worked with us to help resolve the problem and get to an acceptable resolution. Jason wasn't happy unless he knew that we were happy with how everything turned out. Our kitchen turned out better than I imagined all thanks to his expertise and his team's ability to go the extra mile. I would definitely hire Spencer Contracting again and have already referred them to friends who are considering a renovation.

We hired Spencer's Contracting after getting an estimate for a complete renovation of our guest bathroom from several vendors and I know we made an excellent decision when we did that! It was not the cheapest estimate but it was apparent right away that customer service was important to them and that really influenced our decision. Jason listened to what we described, presented us with a preliminary contract and drawings with excellent detail of what the project would cover and cost, and then worked closely with us to modify the ideas and choose materials until we were all happy with the proposed project. This took quite a bit of time on our part to decide on the details, and I was pleasantly surprised that Jason was willing to invest the time to make sure we were getting what we wanted. Once the actual work started, we had an assigned crew instead of different people all the time showing up at our house, and they worked right through the project without big gaps of down time. David is an outstanding craftsman and was very patient with every question or concern we had, and never made us feel like we were being difficult even though I know sometimes we were. We were always kept in the loop about what was going on and if there was any delay we always knew why. The final result is a absolutely gorgeous bathroom that we cannot wait to share with our guests. Thanks Jason, David, and Carissa for everything! The next time we have a renovation project, we will be calling you guys.

We hired this company to do a complete remodel of our master bath. Can not say enough good things about their service. The project was completed and any followup issues have been taken care of quickly. The work was high quality. All of the subs were respectful and eager to please. Throughout the project, the contractor was on top of things and easily available. They were a pleasure to work with and I would confidently recommend them to others.

So far they have been terrific. The price was in line with what I thought it was going to be. I will use them again.

We were extremely please with Spencer Contracting and could not have asked for a better experience with the bathroom remodeling. We went from a bathroom that was 20 years old and had cultured marble countertops and a shower with mold that could not be cleaned to a clean, beautiful tile shower that looks fantastic and a newly done tub, toilet and vanity area. We met with Jason and went over what our thoughts and initial plans were. He offered some suggestions. He came back with a reasonable quote and we did add some things to it. We needed to remodel the bathroom for some time but since we both work we were not sure about how things would go with us not being home during the day and having people we don't know in our home. That was something we should not have worried about. David who was here most of the time was very professional and honest. He was like a family member. They were so thoughtful with the process. We had to move upstairs for bathing, etc. but they left the old toilet in place until it was time to put in the new one so we could at least have access to that part of the bathroom. Jason and his staff kept us updated with what was happening and let us know when decisions needed to be made. We had a lot of the bathroom planned but it needed some final things so Jason took my wife to a company who could assist with that. All of the workmanship in the bathroom was done to our satisfaction. Things were done on a timely basis except for my wife. At the end she could not make a decision about the mirrors so we had to wait to get that sorted out. Jason was very helpful and got prices from various mirror companies and saved us some money as well! We would definitely use Spencer Contracting for any future remodeling projects. Everyone connected to the project brought a high level of craftsmanship and personal integrity to the work. They arrived on time, worked steadily, and cleaned the space they were using before leaving each day. I was very impressed with their professionalism and skills. This was my first experience with remodeling, and one of the many things I appreciated about Spencer Contracting was their willingness to explain what they were doing at each stage of the process. It was a great learning experience. I read several reviews about the Spencer Contracting on Angie's List before calling them, and all reviews emphasized the importance of the open line of communication that Jason Spencer provided. I absolutely agree with those reviewers. Jason was always available to lend support and address concerns. There was also one person I never met face-to-face but with whom I spoke quite often. The office manager, Carissa, was my link to Jason and everyone else on the team. She kept me up-dated, let me know when someone was on the way to my house, and was there to listen and often laugh with me. Carissa did a great job! As a result of Spencer Contracting's great team work, I have a beautiful new master bathroom that makes me smile whenever I walk into it. I am so pleased with it that I'm going to have them redo my guest bathroom in a few weeks.

The project was completed on time and within the original budget. There were no surprises. Jason's workers were professional and comfortable to be around. While the price was not cheap, the work was done very well. Jason allowed me to pick out my own replacement tub and commodes, faucets, towel bars, etc. He also allowed me to purchase many of these directly from Home Depot so I could use my credit card and get the buyer points advantage. I enjoyed working with Jason as we put together the worklist and contract for the job. He and I used the computer and cell phone texting to stay in touch with each other, as necessary, during the project. I will definitely use Spencer Contracting again if I do further updating to our home.

Jason and his crew were very professional and trustworthy and everything done on a timely basis. Since my husband and I both work at first I was concerned about who was going to be in and out of our home. He had David oversee everything and he did a lot of the work. David was so nice, very respectful and was like family. The bathroom turned out to be everything that I wanted. The quality of the workmanship is great! Another thing to be mentioned is that Spencer's Contracting was lower than another company that we had previously contacted. Jason was very helpful to us in the whole project and when I changed the look that I wanted for the mirrors he was very patient and checked with other companies about the price and checked on the quality. This was my first time to have a bathroom remodeled, Spencer's Contracting made it a better experience than I expected. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again!

The project went great from start to finish. The Spencer crew, Brek and Larry, arrived on time every day, worked well with us sorting out little issues that came up, cleaned up at the end of every day. They were a pleasure to work with, and we were comfortable leaving them working in the house when we had to run out to do something. When something came up that was not in the scope, the Spencer crew discussed options and costs with us to help us decide which way to go and kept track of additions to the scope. When the tin ceiling install didn't go just right and additional tiles had to be ordered, Jason paid for the additional tiles and didn't charge for the rework as it should be but some contractors don't do. When we changed our minds and wanted to do something different than had already been done, Brek and Larry were happy to make the change without any concern or complaint. They were happy to do little things like hang pictures, repair holes, fix plumbing things while they were there. They really cared about their work, the job, and how it all turned out for us. A great example is taking down a couple of dozen decorative tiles from the kitchen wall - they took a picture of the arrangement before taking them down, packed them up neatly, and then after a few weeks, got out the pictures, and put them back up in exactly the same locations. The bathroom remodel with all the marble tile around and above the new tub and shower turned out better than we expected. A thoroughly professional job.

Gave us a quote for contracting services. We scrapped the idea of the project, but Spencer gave us the best quote.

The project went very smoothly from beginning to end. Problems were handled quickly and efficiently. Jason (owner) arrived on time for the estimate, made suggestions when I told him what we wanted, and told us when to expect an estimate (by email). I was very impressed with his knowledge and his manner. He explained everything clearly including the possibility that a handicapped shower we wanted might not fit. I agreed to look at other possibilities. Estimate arrived on time and, because I was impressed with Jason and how he said the job would be handled, we gave him the job. When they arrived to begin working I explained that I had a very anxious dog that did not like strangers and that I would be leaving her when I left during the day. The crew assured me that they would watch out for dog and make sure she stayed in the house. After being there for a day and watching, I knew they would watch out for the dog. I was also impressed with the clean-up each day. It was great--you would never know they had been there. I had heard horror stories about remodeling but I was so impressed. We didn't even have any dust when the new Sheetrock was installed! The whole job took three weeks-just what was projected. David did most of it by himself and he did a wonderful job.If he didn't have something he needed he would go get it so no time would be lost. He even had time to do a few added jobs-like installing a new garbage disposal. The enormous molded handicapped shower was installed with lots of maneuvering and effort but it was installed beautifully. Jason called us with any changes to the estimate so that we were not surprised when the final bill came. This job was handled professionally and the crew was great--David even made friends with my dog! I will definitely use this company again!

The estimate was just too much of a percentage of what we paid for this house to have that type of work done.
