It took me a while to get them scheduled, but the first 2 cleaners that came out were AMAZING!  They did a fantastic job. I even wrote down their names and requested them for my second cleaning.  I was told "they got fired, but we've got some other really great cleaners to send you".  A single "really great cleaner" showed up over an hour late and with no equipment.  It was her first day on the job, and we were her first house.  She had to have someone drop her off.  When she arrived, she had no supplies.  Nothing.  She called her ride, and had them take her "somewhere to get supplies".  She came back 40 minutes later.  We provided her with a list of the thing we wanted done. She did a nice job on the tub.  She did not clean the shower, the toilets or the mirrors.  She did not vacuum the carpets or rugs, mop the tile or the hardwoods.  She did not dust the furniture.  We don't know what she did.
I called the company and complained.  They said they would send someone else out later in the week for free.  That person did not show up.  I called when that person was an hour late.  I was put on hold for 30 minutes.  I hung up and tried to call back.  They are no longer answering my calls.  I have left messages, however they are not returned.

I ordered three-three hours sessions of housecleaning through Groupon. Two people came, but without the necessary equipment--no mops, no brooms, no towels, just a few bottles of cleaning fluid. Two people were supposed to be there for an hour and a half to add up to three hours. They were there for 45-60 minutes and often one was just standing around watching the other one clean. I called to schedule a follow-up appointment to have the job finished, but no one ever came to the follow-up appointment and I received no phone call or explanation. After letting the first incident slide I called to make another appointment. After over a week of trying I was still unable to make an appointment. I was repeatedly told that the computers were down and that I would get a call back. I left 5 messages at least and never received a return phone call. Once I called and was told that they did try to call me, but there was no indication on my mobile phone that I had missed a call. Another time I called the person on the other line acted as though the connection was bad. After that they just would not answer any more phone calls from me. Terribly badly run business. In the process of getting a refund from Groupon.

The young lady was very nice, however, she did not have all of the equipment needed to clean.  I gave her paper towels.  Great attitude, but expertise is lacking.

I am very unsatisfied with their service. I am posting pictures on Facebook and letting everyone I know about their antics. It took me two hours just to resolve the mess that was left in my house after they cleaned, they left dishes not put away, they left paches of dirt on the floor, I just left the floorboards not cleaned because i was giving a party.
When the supervisor came back to help, she stated that the girls were new to cleaning and weren't instructed on how to clean (like start from the top and work down) or how to clean in corners. That is why she stated she would help out. This amazed me how do you hire girls to clean without showing them. That was another issue, I showed them what needed to be done and they ignored the request. Please never hire this company to work for you.
