Very good job. The project was delayed because of company employees coming down with the flu but it was completed on time when rescheduled and it was a very good job. I have already scheduled with Southeast additional work to install a mini split system in a storage room that did not previously have A/C or heat. I am very pleased with their work.

I went and got bids and found this company. They were very responsive and they did a very good job, I had provided them with all the information they needed even the layout I wanted and a lot of suggestions. The only issue with them; they sort of came in and did what they wanted to do instead of what I asked them. The fact that they didn?t do what I?d asked them; I told them I was not happy with the way they had done some of it and they came back and fixed it the best they could to satisfy my concern. So they had to put out some extra effort to correct something that if they had talked with me a little bit more and at least looked at the information I gave them I think we could have saved a lot of effort on their part and some time on mine. But they did make it right so I was happy with them. They made everything right, but I had to go back and insist that they come back and redo and adjust some things. That probably shouldn?t have happened. Their price was good. Once they straightened it out, their quality was good. At the time being, there was a lot going on and it wasn?t the easiest to get them back out. In fact, and this is kind of strange, the guy was so busy I told him that basically I wasn?t going to pay him for the completed repairs until he straightened out the issues I had. He said that?s fine that he had so much going on that he would get around to me when he could and I could pay him then. I never did pay him until way on after the air conditioner was in, but it took a while to get it straightened out. I think he was just so busy he was doing the best he could, but that was the time and I don?t remember what was going on then it might have been some issues around here, I am not sure, but I think there was a heat wave or something going on around here. He was working daylight to dark 7 days a week. I think he did a good job under the circumstances. We did work it out.

Sometimes they are hard to get a hold of them cause they are so busy.

He is very, very reliable and very honest. What stood out the most was the quality. I would continue to use him for trustworthiness and quality.

My AC unit went out on a Sunday and Southeast came out on Tuesday afternoon and completed the job as promised. They completed the job in 4 hours and did a great job. Carl Rogers (the owner) is very customer focused and always returns calls the same day messages are left.

This guy is a class act ! A real person with great qualities and is honest as they come. He has actually troubleshot items with me over the phone saving me time and money. Highly recommended!

We've used Carl Rogers for years. He owns his business and obviously retains his loyal customer base through very personalized service. He knows that a unit down in Louisiana in the summer is a potentially life-threatening situation and he responds immediately to calls. There is no phone tag with him. His answering service promptly delivers calls for service in an efficient manner. He knows air conditioning like the back of his hand and will advise you on the most cost-efficient way to resolve an AC problem. He is HONEST, professional, fairly priced and guarantees his work. In this day & age, people like Carl Rogers are few & far between. Southeast Heating & Air is #1 in our book.

I have been using Southeast Heating and Air for about 10 years and would definitely recommend them. Prices are reasonable and work is always above average.

I had been told by another Heating and A/C company that my 35 year old Furnace was leaking along with the evaporator coil. They could install another furnace and coil for $5200.00. I decided to call Southeast Heating and Air Conditioning due to the reviews in Angie's list. My furnace and coil were inspected by Carl and he commented that while the unit was old, it was still functioning well. He did say that the coil was leaking and should be replaced. He quoted a price of $2800.00 for the coil AND the furnace. The furnace and evaporator coil were professionally installed and Southeast provided excellent after installation follow-up. Carl returned four days after the installation to recheck the furnace and verify Freon levels were good. He checked the condensing unit and the new evaporator coil for any issues. I am very happy with the service received and the price of the new furnace and evaporator coil, Carl was $2000.00 below the lowest price I had received for the same equipment.. I would definitely recommend Southeast Heat and Air Conditioning for any future service on my systems!

I contacted Carl Rogers on Aug. 8th about the lack of cool air. He had previously warned me about the unit having to be replaced as it was 25 years old. His installers came on the 13th and were very efficient and quick. All systems were tested and they finished the job in about 3 1/2 hours. The system works fine and the new unit is quieter and more efficient than the old one. I had a problem with a small leak in the drip pan pipe which Carl came by and fixed within a day. I am completely satisfied with his work and knowledge of the HVAC systems.

Spoke with myself and my wife about the ac system and different types of replacements. Having worked in the ac field, I understood the language and understand what is required for the machine to complete what ti is designed to do. I do plan to use this company again, soon.

We noticed a noise coming from the unit and it was shaking like a washing machine with an unbalanced load. Expecting the worst, I called Carl, the owner of Southeast Air, and he told me to leave the unit turned off because it was more than likely a broken fan blade causing the unbalance. His diagnosis was spot on because it turned out that the entire fan unit was loose. I was pleased that there was no attempt to sell me duct cleaning or a new compressor. Plus he gave me a senior discount without being asked (I'm no longer insulted when people do that). I'll be using Southeast from now on for all of my heating and air needs.

Everything was great. I called about 20 places and he was the best one for everything.

Have used him for years. It is a whole different ball game doing business with the owner than with a large conglomerate firm. He stands by his work. A+++++

A/C blowing but not cooling Sunday nite. Based on Angies list reviews, I called Southeast A/C Monday morning. He called me back within the hour. He had me check a few things while he was on the phone. Nothing worked. He told me he would see me that evening. He came at 4:00. Within 5 minutes he walked inside with a capacitor which was not working. He got one out of his truck, installed it and hosed off the outside coils. He then checked the freon and said I didn't need any. Total time at my house was probably 30 minutes or less. He gave me the bill, I gave him some ice water and he was gone. I really appreciated him working me in. He still had 5 more stops plus an a/c to install. He was fast, professional and didn't charge me for anything I didn't need. I have put him in my phone address book and will use him again.

As a Real Estate Professional , Buyers and Sellers ask for recommendations of Heating and Air contractors. My recommendation is always Southeast. The Knowledge and expertise of Carl Rogers can't be beat. His rates and charges are never out of line . He won't perform a service, a repair or replacement unless it is necessary. He is honest to a fault.

They fixed the problem. They had fair pricing. They were honest and responsive.

He calls you back, is punctual, and the price is good. He cleans up his mess and he even vacuumed upstairs.

I love them. I would rate them highly in all aspects.

Ca. R did the work after a telephone conversation of the problem I was having. I was away from home the day he came and did the work. He followed up through via telephone. He relocked my gate after performing the job. I have not seen him in person but I respect his professionalism.

hed been told last summer that i needed a new part (compressor?) which was under warranty (something which holds the coolant in). SE suggested trying some sealant to fill the hole, & since the warranty doesn't expire for the next few years, if the sealant doesn't hold, i can always do the replacement later. saved me lots of $$$!!! also gave me a discount on the refrigerant since i needed so much.

I arrived at my home late on Friday night and discovered that the A/C was not working. Fortunately, it was not incredibly hot and I just pulled out a couple of my Gustav window units and ran them for the night. I called SE Heating and Air the following Saturday morning and left a message with their service. Carl called me back and explained that he was having a family emergency but that he would still come out to check on the A/C. He called back an hour or so later and said that he wouldn't be able to make it but that he was sending someone over. They called shortly thereafter and said they were on the way. They arrived promptly and got the issue resolved. Very professional and I would recommend Carl to anyone with HVAC problems/questions.
