Description of Work: I had used singleton several times in the past for larger jobs. he was interested in the $$$ of the larger jobs yet kept putting me off on my most current job. I was really wanting to use them because I knew that they did good work - when you could get them here; however - the last time ( about 1 year ago ) I needed some repair work done - exposed wood that was constantly getting wet and in danger of rotting - he kept putting me off - although it was about a 500.00 job - since he landed an account with a realtor - he has SHUNNED OFF a faithful existing customer for the "BIG BUCKS"... to me - that is NOT GOOD!! I recently got new roof and windows and within the next year will be looking for someone to TOTALLY RE-DO MY SIDING..."BIG BUCKS"!! GUESS WHO I WILL NOT BE CALLING???? Sometimes, it pays to keep the smaller customers HAPPY!!!
