They gave me an appointment for Friday 1/8/21 from three to seven pm and they said they would call when on the way. I called them at 6:40 pm to see if they were still coming and left a message but there voice mail said they close at six. Terrible company will never recommend or use them

They took 9 weeks to repair it. It was NOT repaired when it was returned. We called LG who connected us with another repair service. The new service claimed that the work Sherwood had done actually DAMAGED the new parts they installed (overcharged with Freon that in turn KILLED the compressor they put in). THEN SHERWOOD HAD THE NERVE TO SEND US A BILL FOR $440 EVEN THOUGH LG INFORMED US THAT BOTH PARTS AND LABOR WERE COVERED!!!!! That is, I believe, a crime! You drop them from Angie's list or I'll drop you! BTW - this is the short version of the story. If you want the long one you'll have to call me!

My microwave broke. Since it is a discontinued model, I would have had to buy a new one. Not only a new microwave, but the metal structure that goes around it that is somehow as much money as the new microwave. I was looking at $600 minimum for a replacement. The guys at Sherwood TV and Appliance had my microwave back to me within a few days. It works like new.

They are superb, and they answer their own phones. You never get a recording, and that is very important to me. They service their own equipment, and are right on time with their delivery. I even changed my delivery time last minute, and they had no problem adjusting this for me. They set everything up, and showed me how to run the system. It was a brand new model, and they stayed here for about 45 minutes to train us. The service is just excellent. I am even willing to spend more for them because the service was so great. They cleaned up so well it was as if they were never here.

It is a family-owned business and they have been in business for years. If I ever need an appliance, that is where I would go first.
