I called Samspade's Carpet Cleaning to get an idea of what they would charge to steam clean our carpets in the high traffic areas only. Ken the owner gave a general estimate over the phone, but suggested that he come out to see and measure the areas to be steam cleaned then he would then be able to give us an exact estimate. We scheduled the date and time at which he promptly arrived. Ken was very courteous, professional, and took the time to answer any questions we had on his cleaning technique and the process. He looked over the carpets, measured the areas and gave us an exact estimate. We were very pleased with the reasonable price, and he was even able to work us into his schedule to clean the carpets right after we accepted the estimate. Ken was very thorough and the whole process from start to finish took around 1 hour. Our carpets look great and my wife and I could not be happier with his service. We will definitely use him again and recommend him to others.
