The test was performed on a Saturday but the company never filed the findings to the Permit Office in order for gas to be turned back on. I’ve made numerous contact attempts requesting paperwork to be completed to no avail.

THEY DIDN'T DO THE JOB RIGHT THE 1ST TIME NOW IM CALLING THEM BACK CAUSE BOTH OF MY BATHROOMS ARE FILLED WITH DIRTY SEWAGE WATER BACKING UP! THEY ARE IGNORING ALL MY CALLS AND VOICEMAILS. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO MY BIGGEST ENEMY

They were meant to correct some errors but they never came back and had to take them to court. The inspections failed them.

I called on a Friday afternoon to schedule some minor work to be done. As this wasn't an emergency, I was told to call back on the following Tuesday morning, at 8:00 a.m. to schedule the work, which I did. About 2 hours later, the truck pulled up with two plumbers, who I thought were ready to go, as I'd accurately described the project which would take slightly under an hour to do. They called in the work needed to their boss, and 15 minutes later, came back with a verbal quote of $120.00 to do the job and said they'd be back between 2-3 later that afternoon. They were a no-show. The next morning, Wednesday, at 8:00, I called again, asking what had happened. I was told they had gotten caught up in a bigger job and would be there later that day. Again, a no show. When I tried calling the company, via the one phone number I originally had, I got a voice mail asking me to leave a message or call back. When I went to leave a message, the phone told me the voicemail was full and could not accept any more message. I left a numeric page and did not receive a call back. The next day, Thursday, I called again, early in the morning and got the same voicemail again unable to leave a message. I found an alternative number and got someone. He told me that they work all over the state. I told him if he didn't want a small job, that was fine, just let me know. He wanted the job and he'd be there that evening. Again, no show. Called Friday, had to try both numbers as the primary number still had a full mailbox and left a message at the second number, "call me back if you want the job to schedule, otherwise, I'll find another plumber." They didn't call back. Each time they didn't show, I had to wait for them and my time was worth something. If your time is worth something, and you have a small job, I wouldn't recommend them.

Called at 9 AM to verify they had the correct address and contact number. Said they were running a little behind and would be there in an hour or so. Called back at 2:30 PM to let them know they should not bother coming out at this point and was hung up on.

Did not show up; did not call.

The job went smoothly and without incident. They charged EXACTLY what they had quoted me, and did and excellent job. I have rarely been so pleased when contracting for professional work. Not only did they do a great job, but they were neat, cleaning up all debris. I will use them in the future and urge anyone reading this to do the same.

They are very respectable and passionate about their work. They are very knowledgeable about the plumbing business and give you the best supplies and the best cost and what is good for your home. They are not out to make money off of you but to see their customers smile and satisfied. Will use them again and again and have referred them out.

I was very pleased with their work ethic (hard to find). I had called 4 different plumbers trying to get someone to come out and give an estimate and 2 were on their way to our house and just never showed up. Mr. Taylor did a good job for a reasonable price.
