Dee Dee came out very quickly for the estimate...and was very polite and professional. After reviewing multiple estimates, we gae Robison the job and were told it was a 1 1/2 week wait. After 2 weeks I called and left a message for DeeDee, no reply. Called again a few days later...no reply. Called a 3rd time and got a call back to schedule a return visit of for 5:30 that same day...she called @ 4:30 to postpone until the next day. I agreed to 10:30 am the next morning...and have not heard from Robison again.

I called Robison Fence company aprox Feb 11 to obtain a quote, a sales rep promptly came out and gave me an estimate. How ever due to the small size of the job they had a minimum of aprox 685, although the actual work was just over 500.00. Due the the nature and urgency of the work I agreed to the minimum charge. I was then told it would be the next week before they could come out and someone would call. The following week it rained all week, and I understood with the inclement weather that they probably wouldn't be able to come. On Monday the 25th I heard nothing from Robison Fence on Tuesday the 26, I called and was told they would be out in the morning. A crew cam out early on the 27th and set the poles, a workmen said that they would come back after lunch and complete the job. No one returned or called. They did not call or return to complete the job. On Monday March 4, I called the office and was told that someone would come out after lunch and they would finish the job. They showed up at 4:45 on March 4th and completed the job. I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism as well as punctuality, and lack of communication. I do not think that I would call them again or recommend they're services. Unless of course you really don't care when the job gets done. It appears that the quality of the work is fine.

I hate writing reviews , brecause I have found out that businesses who are less than perfect receive your name or enough information to figure out who reported them. Y'all need to do something about that!

Robison Fence gave us the only simple & fair bid on residential chain link. Other companies had inflated or questionable bids which were concealing charges that were not explained to us and were, in some cases, unnecessary. The estimator & scheduler for Robison was named Gary and his professionalism and fair play was encouraging from the beginning. The fence line was approved by Louisiana One Call and the next day one of their crews came out, confirmed the exact fence location, marked, dug, and concreted in the metal posts. The foreman was named John and was a pleasure to meet with. The next day it had rained hard during the early AM and by 8AM it was still misting. Never-the-less, Robison called alerting us that work would continue and then reported on schedule. They installed 163 feet of chain link fabric, the top rails & caps and Q/A'd the job making sure the fence line was perfect. Gary returned shortly afterwards making his own checks prior to leaving us with an invoice balance. I can't speak for any of their other jobs but I can speak for this job: perfect in all respects. If similar work is needed in the future they will be the first people I call. Thank you Robison ! Late 2013 Update: Fence gate work went well. The workers worked most of the day putting in taking out old posts, putting in new posts, and then installing the gates. No issue seemed to be a problem for them. Old post stubs were pulled out of the ground and the new posts were positioned correctly, concrete mixed & pours and gates were up before they finished. Robison is No. 1 in our book. No one is perfect. You can always wish you had more. But when it comes to getting a first class job done by professionals who know what they are doing, call Gary & Mr John at Robison's to work your job. They are the best.
