 + 0 moreI first contacted Ricon to get an estimate on granite installation and to find out if they would accept granite slabs from a dealer not in this area since a family member could get a large discount through that company. Jason was quick to respond after my initial voicemail with an estimate and other very useful information. My husband & I actually decided to take Jason's advice and select slabs from a local provider. However, when the slab yard and I both sent emails to Ricon to let them know we placed the slabs on hold, we got no response from Ricon. I also left a voicemail regarding the slabs on hold and wanting to set up dates for measuring the counters and installation, but still heard nothing back. We ended up going with another fabricator who did a wonderful job, but I'm still surprised after my initial interaction with Ricon to never have had any further response. While they do seem to get excellent reviews, I would still be hesitant to use them for future projects.
Description of Work: Wanted to have granite counter tops installed in my kitchen.
