We scheduled to have carpet cleaned in two bedrooms and tile steam cleaning in two bathrooms and the kitchen. Let me say first that we had used Purity for many years and always been happy with their work. When I asked about tile cleaning, I was quoted $100 for the first 200 S.F. and 0.65 for each square foot above. Although I didn't ask up front, most of the tile I needed cleaned was on the walls and Purity could not clean any thing but the floors. The deal also included a $20 per room carpet cleaning deal. Their representatives checked on the carpet cleaning costs because they wouldn't be able to the tile and the price went from $40 to almost $77. Not being able to get the tile done was a let-down and their representatives and quot;lookedand quot; less than professional. I'm sure those two young men would have done a good job but the mix up with what could and could not be done and the difference in cost turned me off to this company.

I was scheduled within a week of calling for an appointment. Two very polite young men showed up on time and did an excellent job of cleaning my carpet. They moved the chairs around that needed to be moved for cleaning. They asked if I was pleased before they removed the hoses from the house. They provided instructions about how to quickly dry the carpet by running ceiling fans and setting the air conditioning very cool.

I was unable to be there during cleaning but after speaking on the phone with the cleaner felt comfortable enough to leave a check. Did excellent job and got out many spots I did not expect to come out. One complaint is they did not have a regular vacuum so there were some strings and things left in the carpet that I had to pick up by hand. They informed me of this though in advance, but I still thought it odd for a carpet cleaner. Cleaning was good but considering there was no furniture to move and only a one bedroom I felt they could have given me a better deal. The whole process took them less than 30 min. Overall, good experience though.

I phoned the company to let them know that the carpet was not cleaned very well in comparison to past visits. They sent out the SAME workers to go over the trouble spots. The workers did not get the areas clean. I suspected that the equipment was failing or lacking the steam power needed to thoroughly clean the carpet. I was very disappointed in the result. I hesitate to recommend Purity cleaners or use them again.

We hired Purity for a move-in cleaning for a new house. The work was great; especially the white tile and grout. It looked brand new after the cleaning; in fact you could see the difference clearly where we asked them to stop (at the laundry room). They did the job within 2 hours in the morning, which was very fast.

Excellent job. Because I have light colored carpet, I have used them several times in the past. Always on time!! Great attitude. They do great work. Asked them to go back over an area, very accommodating.

Scheduled appointment over the phone the Thursday before. Appointment was for 9:30 a.m. Received phone call about 10 minutes before 9 saying they were on their way over. Once they arrived they got to work, cleaning all 4 rooms in record time (well under an hour). The 3 young men were professionally dressed, courteous, and friendly. When work was completed, I paid in cash (they also accept checks) for the amount I was quoted on the phone and they were gone. Rooms looked great. They completely got rid of the lingering "kitty litter box" smell in one of the bedrooms, but I was disappointed that the next day when the empty house was rather muggy because doors were open, we were moving out, etc, the back of the house where the bedrooms are smelled a little bit like wet dog, which I hadn't noticed before. No idea if that was related to the steam cleaning or if it could have been removed. Overall very happy with service.
