Precision Tree Service

Everything went exactly as I was informed would happen. I like that he has his own crew and doesn't hire day laborers. His wife was so pleasant to talk to while making the contract arrangements! I was very pleased with the final outcome!

The work was delayed several times due to weather. Mr. and Mrs. Litton kept us up to date, letting us know when they would be here. Once the weather cleared up, they came on the day promised and had all 4 trees down with no problems. Clean up was great. In addition those working for Mr. Litton were very polite, friendly and knew what they were doing. This company is one we will call on again anytime we need tree work done and we would recommend them to family and friends.

The crew arrived at 7:30 and were done by 2:00. They hauled away all the branches and used a blower for the final cleanup. We had in mind what to do, but they made recommendations for things we did not see. We are very happy with the results.

Excellent! I can not describe how blow away I was about their professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail. Everything that I had ask for was taking care of! They kept me informed every step of the way. I was never in the dark. Mr. Thomas was very knowledgeable when it came to his work and the codes that he had to follow. We obtained three quotes. Precision was significantly less than one and just slightly more than the other. We chose Precision because Mr. Litton conveys a sense of professionalism and experience, which we did not get from the least expensive option. Communication is excellent. Due to weather, we had to reschedule and were kept fully informed well in advance. The crew arrived early and finished in about four hours. They cleaned up everything, including all of the bits and pieces of twigs and leaves. Mr. Litton was on site supervising the entire time they were working on the tree and even dealt very diplomatically with our troublesome neighbor.

The crew was very courteous and pruned according to my instructions--did not over prune. They did a nice job of cleaning up and took care not to damage plants and shrubs in the process. The owner is a certified Arborist and couldn't have been nicer. I would absolutely call on him again.

This company did a wonderful job. Thomas came as scheduled for the estimate. He was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I had a bad experience with a previous arborist several years ago, but instantly had confidence in Precision Tree Service. The work was done a couple of days later while I was not home. That afternoon, I found beautifully shaped and pruned trees which now let in lots of light and gave the yard so much more curb appeal. Also, the crew left absolutely no trace of debris. Top Notch! Would definitely hire again.

They encountered various hangups with the job beyond their control such as bad weather and the electric company reconnecting the power line to my house before they were supposed to, but Precision Tree Service was good about keeping me updated. If I need work done on trees again, I definitely will look up Precision Tree Service again.

The owner knows his business and is concerned with doing the job with the least amount of damage and risk to your property. The crew did a great job! A day to take them down, a day to stack them up and grind the stumps, and a few hours for a debris truck to pick up. The trees were close to my home and fence but they removed them with no damage to my property. They were careful not to tear up the lawn with their equipment. Even the debris truck driver left the front yard unharmed and raked up after he was done. Neighbors stopped by to comment on how clean they left the property. Awesome job!

Everything went well! Tree was cut down, hauled off & the stump was ground in a little over an hour. Gloria & the crew that came out to complete the job were all very friendly. I have already referred them to a friend.

They were a pleasure to work with. They gave us an approximate schedule and kept us informed when there were changes for things like weather. They were very easy to get in touch with when we had questions. Once a short term date was established they were punctual. The owner was present for all of the two day job and his crew was very efficient. All trimmings were cleaned up and there was very little sign they had been there. The trees look great.

Great. No damage done to surrounding shrubs or yard. Cleanup was perfect.

They cut down a tree near the house about 12' from it. No damage to house or nearby tree and when they left you could not tell any work had been done. They left the yard as it was before the job was done. No sticks, branches or even leaves in the yard. VERY impressed with job.

The service was excellent. The crew and Mr. Litton arrived on time and the trees were trimmed under Mr. Litton's supervision. Mr. Litton was very professional, took the time to answer all of my questions and felt the tree we were most worried about could be saved. The crew cleaned up all limbs and debris and racked around each tree. All the debris was hauled away. Mr. Litton returned himself a few days later to fertilize the tree. I would call upon Mr. Litton again when needed and refer his firm to friends and neighbors.

Mr Litton's work crew were all so professional and they did a wonderful job both trimming the trees and cleaning up. They had to work several days to complete the job. Mr Litton never left the job site. He directed his crew the entire time that they were on the property

I give Thomas and Precision Tree Service my highest recommendation. I have been extremely satisfied with the service and the quality of work. Thomas is a really nice person and he explains everything clearly to you. He also always goes the extra mile - he has been out here twice on emergency calls within 24 hours. I also have to give a huge thumbs up to Gloria who takes care of all the billing, emails, phone calls - she is truly a gem!

He told me that I didn't have to remove it just yet, that it could last longer, was not as hazardous as I suspected. I opted to remove anyway but I appreciated his honesty because it gave me a choice. They were everything you'd hope: 1000% professional, organized, neat, organized etc. I highly recommend to anyone wanting a professional job that is willing to pay for it.

It could not have gone smoother. The work was well planned, everyone was busy doing their part, there was no wasted time. Watching the whole process was a study in efficiency. . . and safety. I've had 3 trees large removed over the last 20 years but never have I seen such efficiency and organization. Clean up was ongoing and by the end, my yard was left in perfect condition. Part of my fence had to be removed to get the equipment into my tight space. They put the fence back together as it was, none the worse for wear. They even mounted a Woodpecker house for me, high in another tree. Of all the tree work I've had in the past, these people are head and shoulders better than the rest. I highly recommend them. Mr. Litton was very punctual when he came to meet with me and give me a quote. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He gave me pros and cons and did not push me one way or the other. He is very polite and likeable, his crew is polite and personable as well. They were punctual and Mr. Litton was a part of the job from start to finish.

mr Litton and his team did a great job from start to finish. He is always punctual and professional, and he and his team did a great job of pruning and of cleaning up the areas they worked on. He has worked on our trees before, including removing trees and grinding stumps.

The job was done quickly and professional with owner Thomas on site to direct the work. The very large pile of limbs were picked up by the next day and the yard was left clean. We are very satisfied customers!

Thomas Litton and his wife are super nice people and his staff are complete professionals. We were delighted that they were able to come out and do the work the very next week after we called them. They hauled off all the debris and cleaned up all the mess entirely. They are covered by workman's comp which is a necessity in this line of work unless you want to find yourself responsible for someone's multi-million dollar medical expenses. We will call them when we need to cut down trees in the future.
