See above. We were thrilled with the quality of the work and their friendliness and professionalism. Although the estimate was higher than 2 other tree services, they have workman's comp., file paperwork with state, pay close attention to detail and to customer's requests, and they don't require any payment until the customer is satisfied. You do get what you pay for, and the price was worth every penny.

It went fantastic. The work done was very professional. The team took a lot of time and patience to assure everything went as smoothly as it could possibly go. We would definitely hire again.

Thomas responded very quickly to my inquiry and quoted a few different options for me. He discussed his team's attention to detail and he was absolutely right on. They even fit me in during the same week he came out for a quote and the work was done in one day. My yard was immaculate afterwards, you couldn't even tell any work was done except for a stump from the tree that was removed. I would recommend Precision Tree Service to anyone that needs to review options for tree removal.

Precision Tree did a great job. Came to the house to estimate the job and would not take money until completely satisfied. The job was delayed a little due to rain, but Precision did not want to tear up my yard. They came to the house and did a great job with the trimming and removing of trees. They cleaned up all the mess and hauled it away. They were easy to work with and did a great job.

There was a delay in getting them to show up due to the owner having a medical issue. Once that was cleared up they were prompt, did a very good job, and cleaned everything up and hauled away all the debris. I wasn't around when they trimmed the large hackberry tree and wasn't completely happy and wanted more trimming done. I called and they came out the next day to do some additional trimming. The price they charged was a a bit more than I expected, but I was exceptionally pleased with their clean-up afterwards and willingness to get the job done the way I wanted (second visit). So I do think I got what I paid for and would use them again.

These guys did an amazing job pruning my Crepe Myrtles. They also removed a large Bradford Pear, shaped a few other trees and ground three stumps. Thomas, his Son and the crew were very professional, friendly and left my yard in better shape than when they arrived. I will be using them again during the summer and highly recommend them to anyone looking for tree work done.

The tree was located in a tight space -- a back patio of a town home. It never should have been planted there, but it was lovely. Precision had trimmed it up a couple of years ago and it flourished. But it died in the recent cold snap and had to come down "the old fashioned way". They got it down quickly without damaging roof, AC, windows or walls. They cleaned up and were on to the next thing in a short time.

They showed up on time and worked quickly. Cleanup was great, no leftover debris. After they left, I noticed a couple of limbs they missed. I called and they came back the same day and finished the job, no questions asked.

Mrs. Litton was friendly and prompt getting back in touch with us. We were scheduled quickly and the work was started and completed quickly as well. Mr. Litton was very knowledgeable and we had a great experience overall.

Mr Litton and his crew were excellent. Personable and attention to detail in every aspect of the work being performed. The young crew were extremely polite. They took time to answer questions. You meet Thomas Litton for 10 seconds you feel like you have known him for 10 years. Open line of communication from Mrs Litton on the day of the job. We were called twice to let us know that the crew was running behind due to an earlier job. The cost of the trimming of the Magnolia and the Holly tree was $400. We were extremely satisfied with the work of Precision Tree Service. I would highly recommend them for any tree services required. Having the owner and arborist on site will assure you of the best.

It went well. All services performed as stated and clean up was perfect. This is the second time we’ve used this company and again they did not disappoint...we will definitely keep them on our go-to list! We will refer them to anyone that needs professional courteous service tree service ...thank you again Mr Litton.

Superb work. This was a tricky job involving both a bucket truck and a crane, work on a limb directly over a house, and one tree that was so old and rotten we were afraid it might come down on its on. The job was rescheduled several times because of weather, and they maintained close communication so I knew what was going on and what the plans were. Although the ground was soft, they laid down mats for the equipment and left no marks in the yard at all. They cleaned up perfectly; the only sign of their being there was sawdust from the stump grinding, which they graded neatly.

Great! The tree looks beautiful and the area around it is spotless. We feel much better knowing no more dead branches will be falling any time soon.

I recommend Precision wholeheartedly. They are extremely professional and capable. Tom scheduled an estimate meeting with me and showed up right on time. He analyzed the job and pointed out several aspects I had not recognized. Gloria emailed me their insurance and certification which was a real confidence-builder. The work date was uncertain for several reasons and they called me frequently to update me. On the work day they arrived on time and worked very efficiently. They were able to grind a very large stump that was close to a GSU line that could have caused a problem. Gratis, they trimmed some small branches on another tree that were rubbing my roof. After grinding the stumps they didn’t leave the sawdust in a pile, but raked it out to form a mulched area for planting flowers. All in all working with them was an extremely easy and pleasant experience. I have had a lot of tree work done over the years, and none of the people doing work for me has ever come close to the standard of excellence set by Precision.

Precision Tree service did a wonderful job. We couldn't be more pleased!! They were punctual and got the work done quickly. They took all of the debris away and the property was left cleaner than when they started. They even cut the wood in firewood size pieces for us to use this winter and left it neatly stacked. They completely exceeded our expectations.

Everything went great, everything we had discussed was done plus more. They stacked the large oak and cut the large portions into sections I can split latter. They raked the areas cleaned and piled everything to be hauled off. Debris was removed the next day and that area was also left cleaned. Everyone in the crew worked hard and safely.

The job was done in a very professional manner. There was no time wasted and it began on time. Everything was cleaned up nicely. Mr. Litton and his crew were very easy to work with.

I sent the request thru Angie's list and Thomas was very prompt to show up on time. He gave me a quote for the work and the time when the work is going to be done. He showed up with his crew on the day and they finished most of the work in few hrs. They cleaned up the place and arranged to haul the debris next day. They didn't do the stump grinding that day, as they wanted to make sure there were no utility lines underground. Thomas took care of requesting the appropriate people to do the marking. It took few more days than expected but Thomas & his people updated me periodically what was going on. Finally they finished the work and I must admit that they did a super job. I have always tried different people for various jobs based the comments I see from Angie's list. I should say Precision Tree Service tops my list and they delivered what was promised and I am a completely satisfied customer. I will use them again if I need any tree service and also happily recommend them to my friends

I could not have been more pleased with the service provided from Precision Tree Service. Mr. Thomas Litton was an exceptional professional from start to finish and a pleasure to work with. I chose his service because he was a licensed and insured Arborist and I needed advice and evaluation of the large pecan tree in our backyard. He arrived at appointed times, gave an evaluation of the condition of the pecan tree (diseased) that had to be removed, and followed through all aspects of the job with an outstanding crew. All work was done in an efficient manner including the careful dropping of limbs and removal of the debris, not only to our yard but of our neighbor's yard, also. I give Precision Tree Service and Mr. Litton the highest praise for a job well done!! And, would not hesitate to hire him again and to recommend him to others!!

Great. Workers were punctual, performed professionally, and did thorough cleanup.

I engaged Mr. Litton and his precision tree team, for this huge job and they were awesome. They arrived about 7:30 am and worked steadily all day with Mr. Litton over seeing every move, ensuring safety among many things, until the tree was fully down, all limbs were cut up as was the gigantic trunk. All pieces were loaded and hauled away and the lawn was raked totally clean. The next day 2 guys from the team, came to grind the stump and clean again. Safety used the total professionalism of all involved and smooth teamwork, among all 7 that worked this job, was wonderful. By the way, just to let you know the size of this tree-the diameter (that's across) of the stump measured 6 foot 6 inches. THAT'S BIG!!

Mr. Thomas, Mrs. Gloria, and their crew, were an absolute delight to work with. They did a great job keeping me updated every step of the way. The 3 trees came down and were cleared from my yard in just about 6 hours time. The truck came the next morning and picked all debris up from the side of the road.
