Precision Tree Service

Area looks very nice after trees removed. Crew performed housekeeping and made area look nice. Job completed on schedule and received daily updates on work that was done. Received all required paperwork for tax purposes after job was done. Very professional and good customer service. Would use again.

Everything was done in a timely manner.. site was left cleaned. Each of the men were professional and nice.

Arrived promptly between 7:00 and 8:00 and make quick work of cutting down one dead tree and trimming six trees that needed to be de-limbed. Work did not stop till all yard cleaned...all work completed around 12:00. A big thanks to Mrs. Gloria and Thomas and all the crew for their hard work.. Would highly recommend.

FANTASTIC!!!! I didn't know there were still businesses around which are run as well as this one. Family-owned, run by husband, wife, and son. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them, from the time I called to request an estimate, until the job was completed. These are some of the nicest folks you will encounter anywhere. They conduct their business very efficiently and are very customer-oriented. For instance, less than 2 hours after the work crew had left after cutting down the trees, the Mom, Gloria ( who is the Office Manager) called me to be sure that all went well. Like I said, customer-oriented and very thorough. When the work crew had finished their work, they cleaned and hauled away all the debris, just like they said they would. Even used power blowers to blow off the driveway. If I ever need this type of work done again, these are the folks I will call. Everything went very smoothly. The tree was close to the house with most of the branches over the roof, but nothing was harmed. They hauled the debris away the very next day after the service, and the yard wasn't torn up. They were considerably cheaper than the other estimate we got and much more pleasant to deal with. It took a little while to get our tree down because we had so much rain and they didn't want to wreck the yard with the bucket truck, but they contacted me frequently during that period with updates to know they hadn't forgotten about me. If it hadn't been so rainy, I believe my tree would have come down 3 weeks sooner than with the other company I contacted based on the bids. The Littons run a great company and I'd definitely recommend them and use them again.

Service was all you could ask for! We were out of town when they actually did the work and we could see no signs of any debris left, tire tracks in the yard or any evidence that they had done the work except that all the tree work had been taken care of. Amazing! Thomas and Gloria were great to work with! Their service was prompt, the tree work was fantastic and the price was fair! We've had other tree service companies work for us and they were not even close in any respects. Precision Tree Service is the best company we have used, by far!

The tree, along with all of its limbs and its stump were removed from my back yard with very little disturbance to the rest of the yard. I am very pleased with the way the work was done and I am 100% satisfied.

They showed up on time and went right to work. The job was completed in a few hours, and all limbs and trimmings were hauled away.

The tree was between two power lines and had lots of rotten limbs hanging over the house. I'm impressed they got it down and only knocked over the mailbox. The stump removal was a little less impressive. Left plenty of roots (and a little bit over the surface), but took a couple of chunks out of the driveway. Still all around great tree removal service! <3

I can’t say enough good things about Precision Tree Service. They removed a hugh water oak in my backyard that was dangerously close to falling on my home. Thomas was very quick to come give me an estimate and explain what needed to be done and how he would go about it. He answered all of my questions and his wife Gloria was very helpful as well. Thomas has many years of experience as an Arborist and he and Gloria are honest and trustworthy people. They did everything they said they would do and were very careful with the take down and removal of the tree. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs tree services. They really helped me through this experience for which i am very grateful.

They were great. Gloria was very helpful on the phone and setting up the appointment. Thomas was on time and very helpful. He took time to talk to me about my options. They even fit me in the next week, which was so wonderful. The trimming team did good job and talk to me about what they did afterward, and the trimmings were hauled away. Gloria called to make sure I was happy with everything, and even sent someone back to pick up the trimmings they had missed on the first haul. It was excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to someone else.

The trimmers showed up early and worked steadily until the job was done. I was here the entire time and found them to be courteous. Mr. Litton explained to me what was going to be done. Also, they cleaned the area and stacked everything on the street. The hauler took everything the next day and thoroughly cleaned the area. I think the price was fair, though I got no other bids. The work involved trimming eight rather large oak trees; one had to be trimmed by a climber. I would definitely use Precision again and would recommend them to others.

The was the most pleasant experience I've had in a long time. The information was clearly communicated when estimate was done. They arrived on time, worked the entire time until the job was done! When they were done, you hardly knew they had been there!! We had the live oak tree pruned based on their recommendation and it all looks fantastic! We will definitely be using this company again!!

Thomas and his team did a phenomenal job. They were courteous and respectful to my family and to my neighbors. In fact, my neighbor provided high praise for the work. I had 3 trees removed. My property was left in better shape than when the work started. I have recommended Thomas to my friends and colleagues at work. And if I have another tree matter, I am only calling one person – Thomas.

Excellent. The work was preformed on time as quoted. Could not have asked for more professional craftsmen, friendly and efficient. They catered to my desires to save as much of the wood as possible. There wasn't any damage to the flower bed or shrubs. They also pruned another Pecan tree the same age, and what a great job they did. I don't think I could have done any better. If you are looking for someone to remove or trim a tree make this your first call. It WILL be the ONLY call you will have to make. You will not have any trash left because a clean up crew comes and rakes ALL debris up and hauls off. EXCELLENT; deserves a AAA rating

Very professional service. The property was in better shape when they left than when they started. Debris was removed and no tire ruts were left by the truck. I'll use them for other services in the future as they were excellent overall.

Thomas and Gloria were extremely helpful. Communicated with me throughout the entire process and kept me up to speed on when the service would be done and when it was completed (I was not at home during the work). The work done was great and not a single cut branch was left in the yard. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.
