Description of Work: Needed 3 sweet-gum trees and 1 large water oak removed from a backyard with limited access. 4 other companies bid the job and all wanted to use a crane positioned in my neighbors driveway. Thomas with Precision did not want to use a crane as he worried it would damage the neighbors driveway. He alternatively thought that removing it without (more labor) would be safer and no chance of hurting others property. He also came in with the lowest bid and overall the nicest and easiest to work with. His wife Gloria kept me informed during the entire process. Will definitely recommend to friends as I have already done.

Description of Work: We just moved into a new home that has not been well maintained. There is a tree in the back yard that needed to be trimmed and dead branches trimmed. Mr. Litton was extremely personable, on time, helpful, professional, and reasonable with his services for the small job I needed done. They are extremely organized and came out when they said they would, both for the consultation and for the actual work. WOW...they were great! The trees in the back look great and healthy now. They cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely use them again if I need them in the future.

Description of Work: They were to remove one very large Water Oak in the front, grind it's stump, then remove several smaller Hackberry and other trees in the back. Leaving one baby oak in tact in the back. Remove all debris. They came out on a Saturday, and rushed the job, as the owner had to go away for the weekend on a pleasure trip with his family. I should have seen that as a red flag. The wife called me long before the work was completed to be sure I was going to write a check for the work right away. Really? Seriously? Harass me about payment before the work is completed? A hole was left in the gravel driveway when the Water Oak fell on it. They offered to fill it with mulch from grinding the stump. Who fills a "driveway" with mulch? It decays and in six months has to be filled again. Not to mention the mess it tracks on your car into the carport and on your shoes when walking over it. I specifically demanded they NOT do that. I was having dirt delivered later to renovate the yard, and said I'd get extra dirt to repair the driveway. Mulch to repair holes in a driveway? Really? They knew I was going out of town on a business trip for several days the very next morning. They were not able to complete the clean up work that day, but said they'd finish Monday. I cam back home the following Thursday at 2am. I pulled into my driveway after a 5 hour flight, an hour drive home, exhausted and I see... Not only were the driveway holes filled with mulch as I demanded they NOT, but with a two foot mound piled up over. This HUGE mound covering the center of my driveway I had to drive AROUND. The next morning I found that a good bit of debris in the backyard was not removed. I also found the baby oak tree that was to be kept in tack had 75% of its branches damaged and broken, left hanging lifeless and at this point brown. I now have to take the tree down myself as it was damaged beyond salvation. It rained that day also, and found the mulch in the driveway turns to a grimy, sticky slush that stick to my car when I drive over it, to my feet when walking out to get my mail or take out the trash, and tracks onto my carport and in to my home. How did they figure "mulch" was an acceptable repair for holes their work punched into my gravel driveway? So I spent today repairing my driveway all day. It is still not finished. I'll have to take care of the remaining debris that was not hauled away myself. And have to take care of this severely damaged tree that was supposed to be kept in tact. Not to mention not as much of the stump grinding mulch was taken away as I was lead to believe, and a huge chunk of the side of the drainage ditch by the front of my driveway has been dug way out, so it can't be mowed properly. I'm very disappointed that the owner left before anyone else to go on his weekend family vacation, then never came back Monday morning to verify all the work was completed as promised. Why did I have to come back three days later and find out I had more damage to my property than before they started? Now, what about the tree that was no supposed to be taken down, that was severely damaged? What am I supposed to do about that? Take it down and replace it myself? Seems so.

Description of Work: Removal of three sizable trees from our front yard. The three trees were located on our property line near a neighbor's yard and adjacent to utility lines. Stump grinding and debris removal was also included.

Description of Work: The workmen came exactly on time to commence work. The job was to remove three trees located on my side yard, and then remove all the debris. All the work was done as prescribed, with no hesitation at all. All debris was put into one pile in the yard near the street so the picker could retrieve all without using the driveway. All debris was picked up and taken away. These gentlement did a great job and I will utilize their services again at a future date. I thought the pricing was quite fair for the work involved. I recommend them, you will not be disappointed.
