My husband dropped his iPhone 5s in the pond and it took him approx 7-9 minutes to get it out. We took it to Phone Doc and they were friendly, prompt, helpful and very nice. It needed a front camera and a new battery which cost a little over $100. After picking it up and having it for several days he noticed it still wasn't working at 100%. I called them back and they said bring it back in and they would do a standard water damage service on it. So we did that and picked it up a day or two later to find it still had problems. We took it back again and mutually agreed it had sustained too much damage being in the water so long. They offered to refund us our money back with the exception of the standard $50 service amount. Although it made sense I wasn't expecting it. In this day and age to get a refund AND with a smile AND great customer service......well let's just say we recommend them and will go back although we hope we don't have to.
Description of Work: Serviced my husbands phone for water damage.
