+ -1 moreI would never, under any circumstances, work with this provider again. It was clear that, while they'd sold "Holiday" housecleaning specials, they had dramatically oversold themselves. When I contacted them at the beginning of December, I was told they couldn't clean my home until after the new year. This meant I had to hire someone else to clean the house in preparation for the Christmas holiday. I scheduled a date in January, and then when that date rolled around, the owner called to inform me that he needed to reschedule. I rescheduled with them, and then they called again the day of the scheduled cleaning to say they had to reschedule again. I had taken time off work to be there, and had family coming into town that weekend, so I told them they needed to figure out a way to be there that day. They showed up around 1pm (instead of 8am), and cleaned until around 8pm (we have a large house), which was, of course, well into our dinner and family time. When they said they were done, I was beyond ready for them to be out of my house. However, when I walked through the house to inspect it after they left, I saw that I could have done a better job by myself in half the time.

+ -1 moreCalled the morning of scheduled cleaning to say they had a schedule conflict and would be here 2 hours later. 3 hours later they arrived and worked non-stop for 6 hours. The 2 man crew did a really great job but spent almost half of the time in the master bedroom and bathroom. Granted, it was in a terrible state, but was not the priority since we were hosting a huge party. I kind of wish they had started in the areas I designated as priorities because they were not able to get to a bedroom and bathroom which guests might have to walk through. In all fairness, I told them those rooms were the least used and only needed a quick once-over. They were also in a wing of the house by themselves and were probably just overlooked because of the layout. However, they were spectacular cleaners and I am seriously considering getting them to come once a month for a general cleaning. I would definitely get them again.

+ -1 morePerfection is an appropriate name for these cleaning professionals! Everything was spotless! They cleaned EVERYTHING from baseboards to shelving in cabinets and the pantry. The blinds were dusted, floors were shining and carpets immaculate. They showed up on time even calling me 30 minutes ahead of their arrival so I wouldn't have to take more time than necessary off of work. Chuck and his crew worked quietly and efficiently. It took them about 3 hours from start to finish. Well worth the money!

Description of Work: They were so nice and cleaned the house really well. The only problem I had was that they damaged several of my lampshades. I was outside the whole time, so they could work. Also think my kitchen floors could have been cleaner. Other than that they were great. They clean your whole house for a reasonable charge.

+ -1 moreThis was one of those experiences that makes you feel good about humanity. Do you know what I mean? This was a humble, hard-working, pleasant group of people. I was blown away. The only thing I would warn you about is the fact that you probably won't pay the same amount that is listed for their service. The reason is that it would be wrong not to give them a tip that honors the job that they will do for you. We had not had our house cleaned professionally in 16 years. I never thought that a cleaning service could be worth it. This service was worth it.
Description of Work: They cleaned the house in a workmanlike fashion. They started in the back corners of the house and worked their way forward. They were like a team of very diligent church mice--barely making a sound as they set about their work. By the time they were half way into the job, they had to realize that they gave us the deal of the century. Our house was in need of more work than they had bargained for. They did not cut corners, however, doing a quality job throughout.

It's hard to keep up with everything but Chuck and crew came in and made the house spotless. We had lots of dust and grime in the master bedroom and bath and they destroyed the dirt. We now have chuck cleaning our house. I called him based on the reviews and they did not disappoint. the house has never felt so clean.

+ -1 moreChuck and crew cleaned the home we will be moving into this week. Wow! What a wonderful job. They cleaned the home from top to bottom. I am especially picky about kitchens and bathrooms - and the previous occupants did not clean up before clearing out - and these guys did an amazing job! Chuck is a true professional! What a thorough job!! Even though the job took longer than he anticipated at the outset, he stayed with the price he quoted me. They truly are perfection cleaners. I wouldn't hesitate to use Chuck at any time.

+ -1 moreThey were here at about the time they told me they would be. After looking around, they got to work. They worked from the time they got here until they left. They did not stop for breaks or lunch. I asked them if they needed water or anything but they did not stop todrink water or eat anything. And, unlike other services, they did not take some breaks.
Description of Work: Mr. Williams and a lady came in on Saturday came in, saw what I needed and wanted and proceeded to clean my house. They did a very good job. I do not think my bathrooms have ever been cleaned so well. I Have used other services in the past. I do believe you could almost eat in my bathrooms and not be uncomfortable or feel dirty doing it. They missed a few spots but that is understandable as mine was in need of cleaning. They cleaned all my sealing fans and light fixtures and made them look like new. I would definitely have them come in again.

He called 2 days before that appointment and said he would need to reschedule and wouldn't be able to come for another month. Then he called and said he would need to reschedule again.

+ -1 moreAfter a protracted remodel that included busting out ceramic floor tiles (yuk! thick dust everywhere!) I saw the glowing reviews and called Chuck in hopes that he could help us clean up before we moved in. It was between Thanksgiving and Christmas and he explained that they were very busy, but since we were in a bind, they WERE WILLING TO COME OUT ON A SUNDAY! I couldn't believe it. They showed up with everything they needed to do the job, listened carefully to what I wanted, and went to work -- for 7 hours! They were amazing...cleaned windows, blinds, light fixtures, wiped out cabinet shelves and drawers, wiped dust off of walls and baseboards -- EVERYTHING! Very efficient and professional. The house glowed and it smelled so nice, too. Such a big improvement! I was so pleased, I gave them a BIG tip! We couldn't have moved in without their help. Thank you, Chuck & Crew! We'll call again!

They were very professional, supplied all of their own cleaning products needed for the job, and worked intensely the entire time they were at my home. They not only dusted and cleanedall the basics but also cleaned windows, sills, blinds, light fixtures, fans, baseboards, top of refrigerator, cabinets, oven, .... I was amazed! The house looked and smelled so clean and fresh when they were finished! I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs a good cleaning company!

And frankly, since the deal was nothing short of superb, we were probably not expecting a great deal of effort to be appplied. Were we wrong!! These folks came into my mother-in-laws house (I assure you it's not a filthy place) and stayed for hours, not missing a single nook or cranny!! My mother-in-law, who is a breast cancer survivor and is ill as a result, just needed some help in tidying up. We thought it would make a great Christmas gift. Now, my wife wants to hire them....at their regular rate (which is still good). I have no problem recommending this group to anyone looking for a quality cleaning crew!!

+ -1 moreAs the new lingo goes, OMG!! I have tried about 5 or 6 other cleaning services and none have ever even slightly touched the perfection of this cleaning. This business is very aptly named: Perfection Cleaning; it definitely is! Mr. Chuck and his crew worked for 4 solid hours with no breaks, no conversations with each other, and no distractions, Everyone knew what their jobs were, and moved from room to room, each doing their own thing while still working in perfect unison with each other. With 5 indoor dogs, even with daily moping and weekly dusting, having a home that looks and smells clean is a challenge. We have now found the solution to this challenge. We would not let Mr. Chuck leave until we arranged for our house to be cleaned by Perfection Cleaning every 2 weeks. We wanted to make sure that we engaged him and his service before this best kept secret in town gets out and he becomes too busy for new clients. With the methods, neatness, and thoroughness of this cleaning sevice, I know that once the word gets out, they will be very, very busy. Thank you, Angie's List, for giving us the opportuity to be introduced to Perfection Cleaning. This is the best "deal" I have ever purchased from any online offer.
Description of Work: Mr. Chuck arrived with 3 other people to perform the "Deep Cleaning" I had purchased from a special on Angie's List back in October. As soon as they arrived, I showed them the house and pointed out little things that were espicially important to me to be cleaned. Almost all of our seating furntiure is leather, and they were fine with using the special leather cleaner and conditioner I provided on each piece of leather furniture. Other than this special request, they provided all of their own materials. As soon as they saw the layout of the house, the crew began to clean from the back part of the house to the front. Furniture was pulled out to clean in back of it; baseboards were cleaned, as was the crown molding around the ceiings. The crew got on ther ladder to clean the curtain rods and the wall above them, high windows, and upper cabinets. Walls in all rooms and all kitchen cabinets were cleaned. Fans blades and fixtures were cleaned in all 6 ceiling fans. Inside windows, and the front glass storm door was ceaned on both the inside and outside. All of our numerous picture frames (including those on high sheves) were dusted, as were the frames around large paintings. Our stove, which was full of still uncleaned spill-overs left from holiday cooking, were cleaned as though it was new. The other stainless steel appliances(oven, dishwaser, microwave, and 2 refrigerators) were shining after they were cleaned. We were very pleasantly surprised that even the inside of the oven and microwave and the ceiling light fixture above the kitchen sink were cleaned. Walls thorughout the house were wiped down; kitchen cabinets and counters , and all lamps and lampshades were cleaned. The baseboards in the bathroom of this 64-year-old house have not looked so clean since they were last painted several years ago. We have a tiered wooden stand with 4 shelves in the bathroom. It was not only sparkling, but all of the items on it were cleaned and bright. The several glass shelves in the bathroom were spotless, along with all of the items on them. An old glass and wooden hanging cabinet on the bathroom wall looked brand new. Needless to say, the tub, sink, and lavatory were cleaned to perfection. I could go on and on with every little detail performed, but I think that you get the picture. We could not find one little thing to complain about, and are still having fun finding little things cleaned that we had not even thought of. .

+ -1 moreDue to running a little late at another job the cleaners were about 45 minutes late but they did call to let me know. Once they arrived I gave them a tour of the house and showed them all of the different rooms. It was a crew of three and they immediately went to work. I have two upstairs bedrooms and they spent about an hour and a half in those two rooms alone. They then methodically worked their way through the remaining rooms of the house. I was very impressed with their attention to detail.
Description of Work: I had ordered a deep cleaning service by Perfection Cleaning. They cleaned the entire house from top to bottom. They cleaned all of our bathrooms, our kitchen, and even moved furniture in all rooms in order to clean the baseboards. They were at our house for about five hours and were incredibly thorough.

Description of Work: My house has been involved in updating and remodeling since Oct. and I have not gotten it cleaned since we started. When I saw the deep cleaning coupon from Professional I jumped on it. I scheduled for today thinking everything would be long finished. Although we are very close, we aren't completely finished but the Sheetrock dust is so thick I had to have my house cleaned. The professional staff came in and net directly to work. I have used coupons with other cleaning services and gotten very mixed results. They did a stellar job. They cleaned places that haven't been cleaned in years ie my foyer chandelier . I was so impressed I booked a regular cleaning. Sometime I wonder if all the rave revision are written by family members but in this case, every word of praise is well deserved.

+ -1 more3 people arrived this morning and worked for 6 1/2 hours! They cleaned the whole house from top to bottom. They cleaned all the light fixtures, the oven and microwave. All the windows were cleaned and my wood floors and bathrooms have never been cleaner! This was my Christmas gift to myself and it was just about the best 99 dollars I have ever spent. My house has not been this clean since we moved in and i would definately recommend Perfection Cleaning, they did a fantastic job!
