Optimize Generator People

Great install/product (so far—brand new unit): However, before Blizzard Jan 2025 heard Optimize electrical panel door rattling/“clanking” when I was outside wrapping pipes before blizzard—asked Optimize to check panel door to ensure it’s flush/secure so snow & ice cannot penetrate their electrical box since NEW. Optimize came to check & said there is nothing they can do with loose/rattling panel door, “not to worry”, that no moisture can get to wiring….?? Door is so loose, you barely press the door & it sinks in/a LOT of play. Tech said they have to “allow some air to get inside box”?? Optimize CHARGED me $150.00 to check loose electrical panel door & did not tighten door.. (DEMCO’s generator panel door, installed by Optimize’s electrical panel, is tight/no banging….??). There would be no banging if Optimize panel door was not loose! Once Generator is installed, you have to pay $150.00 for Optimize to come out to check anything you are concerned about with new Unit, post install.

This was to remove a generator that had been hit by lightning and completely burned. Optimize made the process easy and was done on schedule. The project was coordinated by me for installation at my elderly parents house. As a result of the great experience, they also installed one at my home.

I finally decided to go with a standby system, after debating for years. Optimize EGS answered my inquiry immediately, and set up a home visit for the next day! Mr Page was here on time, listened to what I wanted and offered me options. I needed some work done on my electrical service entrance I had been trying to get done and he gave the same price other electrical contractors had quoted, but other people never came back to do. The installation took longer than they thought, but the crew did an excellent job. The conduit and associated equipment looks so neat. The guys used a level on everything and it shows. They were not satisfied with " that's close enough". They got it right! My public utility took their own sweet time coming back to reconnect my power, and the installers waited as long as they could, but they had my house on the generator for power while they waited, which showed the system was working properly. Great equipment, great guys, great work, excellent experience!

i decided to go with phil at optimize egs because they offered the best price and they were the only ones to offer to bury my gas line. the other companies were ok with the gas line being attached to the exterior wall. very unprofessional looking. lastly, their workers took pride in their work. to the point that before they left, one of the workers to the time to wipe down my generator and made sure it was clean looking. awesome company and would definitely do business with again

After doing research we chose Opti;mize EGS to install our whole house Generac generator. Craig and his team were easy to work with and professional with the installation process. Great working with a company who also get the permits, inspection and gas meter replacement. We would certainly recommend Optizime.

My generator was commissioned on 10/23/18. I wanted to wait on writing my review until after the lights went out and everything kicked in. The installation team with Craig Page over operations was professional and on schedule. The commission test went exactly as planned as the generator site was carefully located and installed. Great teamwork by installation crew. When the lights went out the generator operated exactly as described by Craig. Quick, quiet and clean installation of my generator. Installers were very efficient given they were down a man and were very courteous and thoughtful. Definitely would use again.

Waiting on them to come back after it dries up to run gas line to unit. But you don’t pay anything till the job is finished. I’m sure they will finish as soon as it is possible.

These guys were very professional and extremely easy to work with. The installation went very well considering that my home is an older one with very tight crawl space above the second story addition. Everyone was really nice and pleasant throughout the process. Excellent installation job

They were very professional and on time. They replaced an old 7kw generator with a 16kw whole house one. It was done in one day and the work went well. They also did a good clean up afterwards. I would highly recommend them.
