+ -1 moreWindows 10 upgrade caused glitches in performance, so I removed it. Shortly thereafter computer crashed. Nerdworks was able to retrieve my files and reinstall windows 8.
Description of Work: corrected malfunction caused by removal of Windows 10.

+ -1 moreWent good, no complaints. Didn't get laptop working but at least I know what the problem was.
Description of Work: Took laptop in with a new replacement screen, I tried to install but couldn't get it to work. They said screen was good but video card in laptop was bad, all connected to the motherboard not worth replacing. Didn't hassle me with trying to purchase anything. They did just i asked them to do. Good Job.

+ -1 moreThe tech arrived a little earlier than our scheduled time and went right to work. He detected the issue with them quickly and got rid of the virus(es). After doing the repairs to the laptops, he also cleaned up both hard-drives. The tech was very knowledgeable and well-spoken but got right down to business and didn't chit-chat (aka...run up my bill w/ extra labor-time!!). I fully intend to use them again anytime I run into computer issues!!
Description of Work: I had two laptop computers that were dysfunctional. One wouldn't turn on; the other wouldn't follow commands and was EXTREMELY slow.

Description of Work: I had a problem with my computer e-mail. Clicked on the wrong button and all my past e-mails, contacts, files were completely gone! I called my e-mail provider and they were not able to help me. I took my computer to Nerdworks today and they found and restored all the lost data within minutes of walking in their store and now my computer is working as well as ever. The technician even cleaned out my computer and when I went to pay, he said "no charge". They were so professional and nice, I could not believe it. I will indeed use them in the future for all my computer problems and recommend them to my friends.
