Prompt response to an emergency pipe break. Got the job done quickly and well. Price was a bit steep, but not really unreasonable for the nature of the emergency response.

It wasn't really good. The advertised free estimate, but when they came out they charged me for that. I wasn't expecting a charge.

The manager said he would come back with a new box and close off the back. He didn't show that day. She said he would come the next day..he never came. Benard was actually the owner of the 2 person business. SHISTERS
Description of Work: He ran a snake through a drainage line from housing that had no back. Rather than close off back which was open to water and mud from the yard, he insisted on being paid for clearing the line..which the snake went straight through, but continued to be full of water and mud from the other side.

I had the access unit in the flower bed set out so all they needed to do was unscrew it and clean it out. He told me there was no blockage but I could hear the tub gurgling when I let the water down. He told him to run it toward the house and the blockage was that way. They told me they could not run it toward the house and did nothing for me. I called another company and they were able to do the project no problem and gave me a deal on the price since I had been ripped off.
Description of Work: They were supposed to clean out my pipes. I had a blockage.
