Description of Work: Was given one quote over the phone. I called back less than 2 hours later to make purchase and was quoted a higher price. The new price was more than the original by 25%. When I confronted them about this I was hurried off the phone. Classic bait and switch tactic. I will never use a company that does this and neither should you.

See above...especially the part where Mobile got on the phone with my insurance company because they knew that Florida's policy regarding windshield repair is one of the few states that will not apply any deductible to that particular repair. Otherwise I would not have known, and I would have been paying the cost of the replacement, as it was less than my insurance deductible! That was a VERY helpful piece of information, and I was so pleasantly surprised. If I had had to pay for the repair, I was assured that Mobile was going to see if I needed to replace the rim which surrounds the entire windshield. As it turned out, even tho I didn't have to pay, they determined that that part worked with the new windshield, so they saved Allstate about $45 not having to order and replace that rim. Great work !!!!
Description of Work: My windshield had a growing crack...a stone/rock must have hit the passenger side causing a hole by the windshield wiper. Because I carry Florida State Allstate Insurance, Mobile Glass's estimate of apx. $300 was taken care of by my insurance company without a deductible. The work was done very promptly, with excellent service. Mobile was recommended to me by ONeal Auto Care, which I gave an A+ Angie's list rating after using their services (recommended by you!). I would recommend both of these auto repair shops to EVERYONE!
