The 2 workers who installed the drainage system should be paid well since they did the entire project in the heat using shovels. No problem there. The problem comes with lack of follow up in gutter work. A contractor was sent and an astronomical bid was given. I called Mr Mike and received no return call and am expecting none. He was to also tamp down the dirt mound and replace sod after a six week period much like another person and I haven’t heard anything and again don’t expect to. Sad.

First, the drainage system itself works well and drains the problem water as intended. So that part is Good. Their price was right in the middle of the range, so I'll grade that Fair. The problem is that three months later, I still have big lines of dirt all across my yard because they haven't come back to smooth it out, as promised. I made an idiot mistake and paid them in full when it was installed, and they promised to come back out in 6-8 weeks to smooth out the dirt once it has settled some. That was in August. It's now a week into December, and they still haven't come back. I've been contacting them for a month now, and they keep saying "We'll get you scheduled," and "You're on the list." They're quick to respond and polite, but they have yet to actually take action. I'm beginning to think they're never coming back and I'm going to have to take them to small claims court or something. If you hire them, don't you dare pay them until the job is completely finished.

very well, holes and trenches were dug, elevations taken, and system installed and rested and refilled. part of the service is to return in 4-6 weeks to check that soil has settled properly or correct. I will report after the contract is completed.

Micheal was always available for communication, he had good follow up. His workers were punctual, and Michael and the main installer were professional. They finished before they said they would.

Thy did not show up when they said they would and rescheduled twice. When the guy came out, he never called back with an estimate. I tried numerous times to get in contact with him, but was not able to.

Prompt and professional estimator. Very pleasant and efficient. Approved quote and work started on time as promised. When I arrived I found a window broken in the rear of the house. I did not see the workers break the window but it was not broken the day prior to the work. Workers were using a weed eater near the broken window when I arrived. I have contacted the company several times to ask for payment for the broken window. The landscaping was sparse but nice. However one month later the weeds had begun to grow through the mulch and in 3 months have taken over the flower beds.

The irises and sod are surviving at the moment.I have been watering but we haven't had rain since they have been planted.I had no problems with this company.The crew came out and worked very hard.Areas they worked were clean,clear, and trash was hauled away.I have no prior experience with landscapers to know if I got a good deal,but the work I needed got done.

Really well at first. Planted some things in our beds that did not work out and they did not check back with us to see if we were satisfied. Walked by things that could have made it a good job but chose not to. Broke one of our rakes and never told us. Several things done that just did not sit well with me. Looking to change at this time.

They were nice people and they came out. The first time, they came it was $80-$90. They did some things that helped me out a tremendous lot. There were two things that they found in the front of the house, it was a sprinkler system. They were supposed to come back with an additional charge to fix it, but they never came back. I am not sure if they contacted us, but I didn't get any phone messages or notes on the doors. They were good guys and they were knowledgeable. It was just that I never heard from them again. Being an Angie's List, they got a lot of references and a lot of jobs and maybe, they got bigger jobs than mine. They were nice guys, but they just didn't come back. I have three days and even if it didn't rain, it used to be sloppy in the backyard. While they were here fixing the sprinkler system in the back, they inspected the one in the front and it has got 25 heads. They had put yellow and red little flags with wires on it to come back and do it. After a week or two, I took it out. The work that they did was fine. Everything has been corrected and everything is working properly. The only problem was not coming out to fix the two heads on the front. It is not a big problem. The owner came out along with another guy. We had a good relationship and I wonder why they didn't come back. I guess they didn't understand that I wanted the front sprinkler system fixed first. There might be some miscommunication between him and me, but they did put flags out and that made me think they would come back out soon because I didn't have a lot of money to fix out the back as it needed a lot of attention.

Their quality of work is good, but I can't get past all the other issues. They consistently didn't show up when promised. Most times it was blamed on the weather or rain from previous days, but they never notified us they were going to be several days late. The biggest issue is billing. You have to watch your credit card like a hawk since they will charge you for weeks they didn't show up. As an example, they haven't been to my house since mid-November, but they have continued to bill me weekly. They aren't responsive to emails and I am having to deal with it through my credit card company.

Problems never resolved. Unsure exactly what they did. Requested estimate for lawn service and lawn maintenance. Never heard from them.

Provider showed up punctually as scheduled, performed inspection of whole sprinkler system, fine tuned those that operated normally, and diagnosed those that did not. He then wrote me an estimate of about $600.00 to replace defective heads, and relocate mislocated heads. I will contact him to finish the work when ready. In Angie's List I hadmade a duplicate request for this service, and got charged $89.00 twice. The provider said he could not reimburse the duplicate charge since that is a function of Angie's List. I am still tring to figure out procedure in Angie's List for requesting such reimbursements. This charge appeared twice on my credit card, so I definitely need to have that money back.

This was a irrigation tune up job that I purchased a coupon on Angie's List. First of all, it took almost 3 weeks from the date of the purchase of the Angie's list Coupon for the provider to complete the service. There were multiple attempts to schedule the service, but the first 2 or 3 appointments had to be rescheduled by the provider. They did email me initially to set up the appointment, but had to reschedule several times due to employee being out, or other matters. We finally scheduled a time to meet at my house, at 7:30am, which they failed to show. I waited for 45 minutes then had to go to work. I finally told them jus to got to house without me and complete the job. Second, once they completed the job, I got an invoice for an additional amount. There was no prior call to discuss additional costs. Just received an email with the amount. Considering the amount of time it took to schedule the service, and all the mishaps, I just would have expected a phone call to discuss any additional costs in the event they had to repair or replace something. Finally, after they completed their job, upon inspection of my sprinkler systems there still are leaking heads I don't often leave negative reviews, but unfortunately, in this case I would think twice before engaging them for other services.

It went very well. We requested quotes from several vendors on this site and Mike was the first (and so far the only) vendor to reply. Very quick to respond and came up with a estimate within hours.

They did the work I asked for and it turned out fine.

They were very professional. They showed up early, went right to work. They kept in touch through e-mails and phone calls.We are very pleased to have found them. Also they are taking care of our lawn on a monthly plan. They send out reminder e-mail the day before a yard clean-up is coming to your house, it is very helpful. Our yard has never looked better!

We had a bit of a service snafu for the past few months, but things seem to be getting back on track. They stopped showing up regularly. They have since started an email notification service that goes out a day before their appointment, so things appear to be better.

The crass cutting is going okay but the weed service is not the best. We thought they would come once a month to clean up and spray the weeds but no one is showing up for that. The sprinkler system is not working properly also. It is leaking and not reaching all areas, we are missing some sprinkler heads. They charged us for over 150, but we only have about 58. We have called them several times to fix the issue; they have fixed the leaks but have not installed any additional sprinkler heads.

Our yard was turning into a jungle, and they cleared out the overgrowth and got everything ready for new planting. I'm happy with the work that they did. I would definitely use them again.
