 + -1 moreNew technician: Nice enough guy. However, He was unfamiliar with the quarterly termite baits, and Unsure of the services to be performed. His paper work was screwed up not clearly identifying which structures were which.(There are three structures that have different plans). I called the Massey BR office. They said they would contact him to straighten it out. They did not. I worked with him for a hour ensuring that he performed the services properly. He was unhappy that it took so long [to do the contracted, quality work]. We found active termites in two adjacent traps indicating a sizable infestation near the home, which was understandable because the and quot;Quarterlyand quot; service was last performed 8 months ago (Nov 2012). The supervisor will come out Friday to meet with me to inspect the work and bring the treatment plan laid out for the property last fall. The tech and I were uncertain about how part of the work was supposed to be done.
Description of Work: Quarterly inspection of termite bait stations.
