MaidPro Baton Rouge

Never got around to getting them to do the job. Lots of the same questions already answered and in my file but re-asking. Wasted my time at my job but the real kicker was the window of them coming to my house was from 11-3 that someone would show at the house for a 3 1/2 hour job. If they came at 2:00 they would be til 5:30 even later and if I work that would blow my entire day of work and how could I pay them if I wasn’t making money? Policy for them is a 4 hour window. Are you kidding me and they led me to think initial cleaning $245.00 but found out that was only to clean master bedroom only not the other 3. to clean entire 3600 house is 310.00++! Really forget them

Outstanding service. Zoe did a great job. My house looks and smells wonderful! And she was sweet to my fur babies. Dustin the owner always hires professional staff. I usually have the same "house angel" as I call them, but if I do happen to get someone new, they know what to do and fall right in due to the training Dustin provides his staff. They have a checklist and know exactly what my house requires. I've always had excellent service from Maid Pro. I've used individuals and services in the past but I'm staying with Maid Pro. LOVE THEM!

After realizing that I was allergic to the new adopted furry pet my son brought home, we had a difficult decision to make. Either he had to go or we had to bring someone in to help clean. I was miserable. The puppy fur made me very sick and cleaning the house made me even worse. But the family loved the puppy so! My doctor recommended MaidPro because she used them. Fortunately Misty at MaidPro now comes and cleans the house every other week. I can breathe now and we get to keep the puppy! She does a great job keeping the the entire house - fur free! And the list they leave of everything they have done is great! It gives you confidence that they know what they are doing! And everyone there is so helpful and nice. They have worked with my schedule and my budget to set things up that are a good fit for me. They even helped before a party I was having and cleaned out my fridge for me. (I hate cleaning out my fridge!) everything was clean and shiny! My family loves MaidPro and the fact that we got to keep the puppy!

Misty has been cleaning our house for over a year now. She is absolutely wonderful. She comes in right away and starts cleaning immediately. She is very trustworthy, reliable, and efficient. She does a wonderful job. Her services make our lives less stressful!

Devon from MaidPro cleans my house on a regular basis. She is professional, efficient, and very capable. MaidPro is very good about keeping me with the same person each time which is a big relief to me. The company is also good about working with my erratic work schedule. I have had other cleaning services before. MaiPro is the best to work with, and Devon is a great cleaner! I really like them!

Overpriced for level of quality received. Spent extra time explaining what needed to be done because a different person was sent each time. Some personnel were professional and did a good job. Others were not. Very inconsistent. Did not send people requested on many occasions. Overall dissatisfied.

I used them a couple of time but they got progressively worse. They were nice, but it was just not what I liked. They were okay.

Amber and Misty were on time, friendly, polite and ready immediately to get to work after I showed them around the house. They had all cleaning supplies and equipment, as well as my directions and request list. I was pleased that I could pay the company on a credit card. I will use the services going forward on a monthly basis and maybe even more.

TERRIBLE... I called Maidpro for an estimate and I got 3 vastly different estimates with 3 vastly different prices for the same exact job!! Unbelievable!! And they kept blaming it on the computer for this nonsense...

Very professional. Ladies were very nice. Went about doing the cleaning. I signed up for biweekly service I was so pleased with them

. They are too busy and told me that they are not taking new clients, maybe only because I don't need them regularly, but I have tried twice and they are hard to schedule with. First time that I called, they said that I needed to call a month in advance. I did that the second time and was turned away anyway.

Couple of things MaidPro can improve on: making sure instructions make it to the person doing the actual cleaning. I gave specific instructions to not vacuum carpet upstairs because we were replacing it. No cleaning of counter tops or sinks because they were being replaced. We really wanted toilets, tub, appliances in kitchen cleaned and major dusting of walls and woodwork to ready for painting. The walls and woodwork got done but those instructions didn't make it into job instruction nor did the need for no vacuuming upstairs or cleaning of counters and sinks. Part of my two hour time projection was used up and caused the young woman to stay over to get our needs taken care of at the condo. She did so and had no problem. That said, I would use them again! I thought all involded were professional, very nice and accomodating. I did post similar comments on their survey and I got a prompt response from the owner in Baton Rouge thanking me for the suggestions.To their credit they stuck to their estimated charge of $174. Thanks MaidPro!

I spent about $200. That went pretty good. My daughter was going to pay for it and she got their name from someone else and they were cheap so we decided to use them. They were on time and they did what they had to do.

They come once a month and I am very pleased with them. They have an extensive checklist and they check everything they do. They even clean the moldings top and bottom. The call the day before they came and then if they are about to arrive, they give you a call. The supervisor calls you after they've been to your home to see if you have any complaints or comments.

I've been using MaidPro for about two months. I'm very happy with the service and the cleaners that come. It's nice to know that they have a standard set of rules that everyone has to follow. It helps with the consistency of the work. They are great with my dogs and just work around them so I don't have to lock the dogs up.

FANTASTIC and PROFESSIONAL!! I would have continued to use the company's services if I had not moved out of state. On time, thorough.

The lady was dressed in uniform and brought her own supplies. She was not able to finish the job in the allotted time but stayed anyway. Since I had plans that night, I did not inspect the house until after she had left. I found several areas that were not thoroughly cleaned, such as the corner/floor behind an open door that should have been closed during mopping and a hard to reach section of the kitchen counter, easily reachable for a petite woman by using my small stepstool. The tile floor still contained sticky spots from the kids' dropping pieces of candy (or popsicles?) and cookie crumbs. I usually scrub these spots by hand but she used something that looked like a very large Swiffer, effective for light cleaning but apparently not so much on ground in dirt from kids or pets. I did not see her clean the cabinets but this area was checked off on the Maid Pro checklist, even though there were still dried milk stains from one of the kids at breakfast. I signed up for multiple cleanings to take advantage of a discount offer, so next time I will be inspecting the areas being cleaned very closely during the service. The floors are my main concern, so I will hire someone else if I do not see improvement soon. Details make the difference!

It was fabulous! Exceeded expectations.

My condo is all tile so dust accumulates very visibly everywhere. MaidPro took care of that. I couldn't find a trace of dust anywhere in my entire home. The cleaning was perfect and exactly what I wanted. I go to work and am in law school so the process was extremely convenient for me. I arranged everything over the phone, left a key under my door mat, and paid via credit card over the phone. I never had to be home to meet them. I was very pleased with the work, the price, and the attention given my the MaidPro team. The owner Dennis even called me before the cleaning to make sure they had everything I wanted done written down.

The ladies that came from MaidPro were excellent! It took a couple of times to get one regular person due to illness, personal schedules, etc. But once Ashlyn was assigned to me as my regular maid, things went great. I felt very comfortable leaving her in my home while I grocery shopped or attended events at my kids' schools. I never felt like I had to go back over anything. On ocassion there were certain tasks that I added, like vacuuming over the dog bedding, or cleaning the living room & kitchen windows because we were going to have a party that week. There were no problems with special requests. I am no longer with MaidPro or any cleaning service because we've reached a point in our busy lives where I am able to take these chores on again now that my kids are older & able to help. However, if I ever need a cleaning service again, I will not hesitate to call the staff at MaidPro.

Their work is excellent. They are prompt and professional. They can adjust their routine for specific concerns when I have them. They are very efficiently and they work around my schedule.

Estimate that was done prior to first cleaning was accurate unlike other services I have used.Traci is prompt and professional. She did a great job in the kitchen and bathrooms. We keep our house clean but I could see a big difference when she finished. I have never had to ask her to do anything over. She is also very pleasant. Overall I was very pleased.
