LUMBER LIQUIDATORS

Description of Work: I received poor customer service and paid my money up front but the manger did not complete my order I was short of material and was told it had to be ordered and would be in the store by Monday 5/9/2016 when the installer put my floors down 5/6/2016 he was suppose to have enough T molding to complete the job the box had been opened and there was supposed to be 7 or 8 but there were only 4 and one tube of adhesive short .When I arrived at store today 5/10 2016 for T molding Tony told me the installer picked them up.When I called the installer he told me did not have them and was not sure when my job could be completed because they are extremely busy It is my belief that since I've already paid my job should be finished.Tony is a poor manager and not honest or professional to his customers I believe since I paid my money up front my job should be completed now...

Description of Work: They sent a contractor to our home that was not insured to install wood they were insured for tile and masonry the wood floors buckeled up due to improper expansion gap. I spent 350.00 for a licenced inspector to determine the problem. Lumber Liquidators would not take any responsibility for sending that kind of poor contractor to our home the floors rose up in sime areas like a peak of a house that measured 4 inches I won a judgement against the contractor but will never see any money and had to pay to re do all the flooring. Lumber Liquidators has nice wood and good prices but use your own people to install the flooring. Check their insurance that they are insured to install the type of flooring you are having installed. I have pictures and went to small claim court and won the judgement. The people at Lumber Liquidators did not care about our loss

Description of Work: First visit to the show room, sales man was rude and acted like he didnt want us there. Went back another day, new salesman was nicer and more attentive. Paid 25.00 for an estimate and was told someone would call within 24 hours. No one called for almost a week. We had to call store and inquire. Received a voicemail back three days later on a Sunday asking to schedule for the next day. Called back to ask for another day, of course no answer, left a voicemail and still have not received call back.
