The office called and said Billy was on his way, he came a few minutes later and I showed him what I needed done and he went straight to work and fixed everything, three toilets and cleared a drain in a bathtub. I have used Louis Mechanical before and was just as pleased each time. They are a great family owned company who care about their customers, you will be pleased.

If I could give them an A+ I would. I called them on Monday, 4/9/12 and scheduled an appointment for Friday the 13th. They contacted me on Wednesday, the 11th to verify the appointment. They showed up on Friday, the 13th, 5 minutes early. They went right to work and finished within the hour. Their repairman, Billy, was very proffessional and extremely helpful. He offered me some plumbing tips and we even looked at possible additional work. I would recommend this company to anybody.

I called and was able to get an appointment that week (could have gotten one immediately, but didn't have anyone to let him in the house). The lady who scheduled the appointment was supposed to call me so I would know when to leave work and meet him, but by lunchtime I hadn't heard so I called her. Not sure if I just beat her to the punch or not, but he was finishing his appointment and then headed to my house. First appointment just determined the problem and parts needed. He had to order parts for the tubs and advised me, in detail, what kind of kitchen faucet I needed to purchase. The information he provided was spot-on and made the purchase go smoothly. It would have taken a lot longer to pick out a faucet if I hadn't been given any direction. The next trip was installation in the kitchen and in one of the bathrooms. He only ordered parts for one bathroom (oops!), but was very apologetic and completely took blame for the oversight. The thirst trip finished all installations. He gave great information on how to care for & maintain everything. All trips were completed in timely manner and he was very polite. I would have been comfortable just leaving a key for him to enter the house without me (and that was my backup plan), but I was able to be home for everything.

They were great and thought they offered a pretty good price.

It was a very good experience with them. They were very professional. I was very pleased. They were here when they said they would be here. They called right before they came.

I was super pleased and he answered some questions for me after he had already written the bill. He didn't hesitate to answer some other questions I had about the house. 43 year old ranch home that has had washing machine drainage issues prior to my purchase 6.5 years ago. The situation finally got so bad that home remedies were not alleviating the problem. The office person taking the call was very professional and laid out clearly what the minimum price would be up front. The plumber, Billy, called ahead as promised and actually arrived 20 minutes early. Billy was very professional and extremely competent. He has been doing this work for 30+ years so his experience was great. What the problem was determined to be was concrete or a lodged rock that had probably been in the pipe since construction back in 1968. He unclogged the drain (with a lot of effort), changed out my drain pipe to the proper 2 inch one, changed out the valves and valve box as well as capped off the gas line from the previous owner's gas dryer. Billy worked for four hours non-stop to rectify my clog issue and the end result of being able to do laundry again without flooding is wonderful. I don't feel their price was any different than other service providers would be for four hours of work. Very pleased overall and will most definitely use this company again for all future plumbing needs.

It went well but took longer than I was hoping for. They first told me it would only take a couple of days but it actually took them a week; but I was satisfied with their work. I will use them again in the future.

Louis Mechanical Contractors Inc is a huge Company that does residential and commercial. They are very good. I have been using them forty years. My experience so far has been really good. I told them what I wanted and they picked out the water heater for me. We discussed the efficiency and capacity of the water heater that I was looking for. He asked me if I wanted just plain electric or gas. I didn’t want either because of the hurricanes we have here. I really wanted a hybrid model but I didn’t want to run the battery pack. So we decided on a very high efficiency 50 gallon gas heater and of course my older one was forty two years old. It had been in the garage so it was protected. The installers had to put a base on the new one because they are not allowed to be right down on the floor. They hauled away the old one, put in the new one and they did a great job. I could have got a cheaper water heater some place else but this was what I really wanted and it is high efficiency. I would absolutely use Louis Mechanical Contractors Inc Company in the future.

Work was done in a very timely manner and was well worth the price. I had a previous quote of over 300.00 from another company!! Coupon was a nice bonus too! Would definitely use them again!

They charged me for an hour and a half of work and only changed two washers, one of which didn't even need changing. He didn't use the right size of washer either. Now my sink leaks, and I didn't even ask him to touch that washer . They had to replace the connection valve to the water line from my fridge. All the work could have taken just 30 minutes. They sat in my drive way for 15 minutes and then took 15 minutes to write the bill. I ended up paying them over $200 for work I could have done myself. I will never hire them again.

For starters , went to Angies list. - Called one of the best rated services. - The lady on the other end of the phone worked with me to establish a agreed upon date. ( no service calls after 3:30 PM) - I was the first call on 8/31. The service guy clay was right on time or a little early(great). Bottom line is the the service man was prompt, he new he was doing, he handled his business and was done. I am am very saatisfied with the service this company provided.

Contacted Louis Mechanical on Friday July 5, 2011 in the morning. Spoke with a very nice receptionist. She set the appointment for first call Monday morning for 8:30 am. Surprisingly, Butch showed up at 7:30 which was fine and he got started installing the sink. Butch was very nice and professional. He installed the sink with little or no mess. Cleaned up after he finished. He then cleaned out my bathtub drains and was finished. He shared with me how to clean out the drains myself, which was a bonus!! The cost was less than I thought it was going to be! I appreciate his prompt, professional and cordial attitude and I will call them for any future business.

I called Louis Mechanical on Monday morning (7/18/11). The receptionist said that everyone was in a meeting and I would get a callback in about an hour. Tuesday afternoon I had not heard from them so I called back. The receptionist remembered my earlier call and got Vinnie on the line to talk to me. We arranged for a plumber to come by Wednesday afternoon (7/20/11). Butch arrived Wednesday as scheduled (although he was a little late due the receptionist getting my address wrong). He evaluated the job and explained the fix which would involve blocking off the hot water line in the slab and running and alternate line trough the attic. Butch was very competent and professional. I explained that I was anxious to have the repair done and asked that an estimate be emailed to me. I gave him my email address and saw him write it down correctly. WELL I am writing this review on Wednesday (7/27/11), 7 days later, and have yet to hear from Louis Mechanical for an estimate!! Needless to say I had someone else do this repair.

Butch came on time, he did the work quickly. I was quoted price of 95.00 by phone and butch added $25.00 for service charge. I did not expect then deducted the $20.00 coupon and $5.00 discount for not charge. I thought transaction was devious.

Great. the company called to confirm our appointment. the plumber arrived on time and fixed the problem quickly.

We call Louis Mechanical on Wednesday the 4th. They said the soonest they could come is Friday the 6th after lunch. They did not come or call. When we called they said their had been an emergency and they still hoped to come. No call and no show. They did come on Monday the 9th. The plumber who came was very professional and fixed the problem quickly and with skill. To go without water from the 4th to the 9th was difficult. We just wished they would have communicated with us.

Appointment set for the very next morning. Plumber arrived about 15 minutes late, but not a problem. Drain cleaned within 30 minutes. The coupon discount was a nice benefit.

Nice guy, great job, absolutely no complaints about his work. He knows what he's doing and doesn't play around.

A plumber came out and said it was an electrical problem...the outlet was bad. Instead of having me get an electrician, the plumber fixed it. The cost was a little high (as with all plumbers nowadays), but worth it.

I have used them several times. They can find the problem quickly and solve it. I have nothing but positive things to say about them. Their rates are also very reasonable.

It sounded like we had a drip in an interior closet wall, from possibly the water heater in the attic. The technician and an assistant came in (at the agreed upon time) and did a visual inspection of the closet. They went into the attic and inspected the pipes running from the water heater and into the wall. It was determined that the sound we heard was the creaking and expanding of the plastic pipes as the water flowed through them. The technician shimmed the pipe in an effort to lessen the creaking and though it hasn't eliminated the sound completely, his thorough explanation for the sound we were hearing has put us at ease. The technician was friendly and respectful of our concerns. We will continue to use them for our plumbing needs.

Butch showed up when he was supposed to and was very knowledgeable. Everyone we had contact with was very nice.
