The plumbers were here exactly at 7:30 a.m. every morning and went right to work. They worked hard all day long. The only time they stopped was when the rain interfered with their digging because there was so much water in the field already. It was a very hard job because of the mud and water, but they persisted and got the job done. I am more than pleased with the job they did and they tried very hard to cover the line and to leave it as level as possible. Also, as they were digging, they measured the depth to be sure they buried the line deep enough that when a tractor drove over it, it would not break the line. When they got to my yard, they took extra care to make the path of the line not interfere with the roots of the large trees I have. I also appreciated that they were good family men with good manners, and seemed to really care about their jobs. They explained to me every day what they were going to do that day, and were very respectful. That is a rare commodity these days. The ladies in the office were so sweet and helpful. Louis Mechanical is a great company.

Billy arrived on time, was very personable and professional. Knew what to do to solve the problem and went to work. He did more than we asked and was very helpful.

We were told that line was broken by others which would have been major but Billy with Louis Mech. managed to free up the blockage and ran camera to confirm no break in pipe.

My pipes froze during the winter storm and while I was out of town. I called a dozen plumbers when I came home and discovered water flowing into the street, and, of course, everyone was slammed. The receptionist with Louis Mechanical was very sympathetic and told me that she would see what she could do and would call me back. She actually returned my call within 10 minutes and a plumber was there within the hour (given the circumstances, I was grateful that they could come at all). The plumbers were very courteous, took care of business, and even took the time to check the attic, where my water heater is located, to make sure that everything was okay. Given the urgency of the situation, I was completely prepared to pay whatever outrageous sum that they demanded, so I was relieved to pay less than $300 (with my Angie's List coupon) for work that involved replacing three different pieces of piping. Based on this experience, I am having Louis Mechanical return to take care of some other plumbing work that has been on my to-do list.

MY HOT WATER WENT OUT. i MAY HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SEARCH AND FIND A BETTER PRICE BUT IT WAS AN EMERGENCY. THEY DID A GOOD QUICK JOB AND THE PRODUCT INSTALLED PERFORMS VERY WELL.

I've used them twice. They're real good! They had come two years ago for the same issue. I've no issues since the last service.

They were prompt, friendly and professional. There was a piece of pipe stuck in the main sewer line that had to be removed. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand and kept me in the loop about everything he was doing. Extremely satisfied, and would highly recommend.

Arrived on time and began work immediately. Relocated plumbing fixtures and installed new fixtures for bathroom up-date. Fast, efficient, and friendly. Billy was great! Will definitely use again.

They showed up on time and were very professional as well as friendly. They came in and did the work very quickly efficiently. I haven't had any problems with the garbage disposal since the work had been completed.

I called for an estimate to fix a leak under my house and brace all the plumbing. A guy can out the next day and looked it over and said he'd send his info to the office and they'd get back to me with an estimate. After a week I finally called and was told the estimate was $1200 which I was fine with (it is a big job). They said area under house had to be dry in order to do the work which I understood. We waited another week for a dry spell and scheduled the work to be done on Thursday morning-- the lady in the office (who was always very nice) called me on Tuesday to verify appointment and said she'd call back Wednesday afternoon to just make sure it was dry. I never received a call. On Thursday morning, when no one was there by 9 (they had given me an estimated time of arrival of 7:30), I called and was told she'd call me back after calling plumber to see where he was. We did not get a call back and by 10 called again. We were told that because I didn't call on Wednesday to confirm they re-scheduled it for Friday. I told them this must have been a miscommunication since I was told they would call me but okay for Friday. By 9, still no one here - I called and was told they would call me back with where they were. Again, by 10 still no show so we called again and they said the plumber had come by and looked over the job and then left because he "needed help". This makes no sense- if they did an estimate, they knew what the job entailed and that it would take more than one person. We never heard back from them so just before 5 that Friday I called the office to see what had happened. I was told by the receptionist that no one was in the office so she couldn't tell me but she took my name/number again and assured me someone would call first thing Monday morning to explain what happened. Almost 10:30 now and still no call and I don't expect one. Of course, it has now rained all weekend and the ground is wet underneath the house so they couldn't do the work even if they did call. During this process they have only called me one time - I have to call repeatedly to get answers, and often none given. We wasted several weeks on this and I could have used another plumbing company and had it completed by now. Will use a different company to complete service.

Quick, courteous. Amazing service. Service call price was given before they arrived. They did all the work in less than 30 minutes. Spotlessly clean. 100% completed. While I had a simple problem a master plumber and apprentice came out. I felt they could have handled any job. Would highly recommend them.

The oild sink was removed and new one installed. Plumbers were professional and did an excellent job.

I called and set up an appointment stating that I could only be home after a certain time because I had to work. They explained that they were pretty heavily booked and it may be late in the day when they could get there, but would call me back during the day and give me a time they would be there. They never called or showed up. I called again the next day first thing in the morning and the exact same thing happened, no phone call and no show. I called the third day and they said they would get to me when they could. Never heard from them.

I called them on and scheduled an appointment to have a sewer line disconnected in my house. They scheduled to be out the following Tuesday but did not show up and we called and they said that someone had called us but we weren't home. There was no call on our caller ID on any of our phones and no one left a message. We rescheduled for the following Thursday and they told us they would be there between 12:00 and 1:30 and no one showed up once again. I called back at 3:00 and they said they would make it by the end of the day and we were not available. Overall, I was very unhappy with the scheduling and response of this company so I chose to go with another one.

Butch and Ramone were very professional, worked fast, cleaned up after themselves, did a very clean job, and let us know they would be happy to answer any followup questions. We are very happy with their work, and the organization of Louis Mechanicals in general. We will definitely be using them again if we need plumbing services.

Experience was excellent from the original phone call. They do their best to get someone out asap. They even got here earlier than they had originally told me. When they arrived, they went right to work and had it done in around 30 minutes. They even moved the dirt back around the clean out pipe. It was a relief to have such professional service & running water again!

After a small scheduling issue, the lady at the office, who was very nice and professional, contacted a plumber that was available and he and his helper came out within 30 minutes. Butch and Damon were the ones who performed the job. I showed them where my washing machine was located, told them the issue and the history of the problem. They set up their equipment and I went inside to let them do their work. After about 30 minutes, Butch told me the job was complete. He explained that he was able to clear the pipe and that my pipes were old and undersized for modern washing machines. I have a house from the 1950's. I paid him and they left. The fix worked and the washing machine is not overflowing any more. Butch also advised me that installing a new drain pipe wouldn't be a problem if I decided to have that done in the future. I was pleased with the service and the work. I have had many other companies in my house and rarely have had a good experience. This is one of the few times I've felt confident that the professional was honest and knowledgeable. I would use this company again.

When a friend tried to adjust our shower head, it came loose from the weld. I went to Angie's List and found Louis Mechanical Contractors had the best rating. I called and expected them to come out in about a week but when Paula (whom I got when I called the service department) told me they could come out in the morning, you could have knocked me over with a feather. My husband, who does know plumbing but doesn't weld, was up with Adam while he fixed the first weld and then discovered the weld at the bottom fixture had come loose and been leaking too. From what my husband said, the plumber who installed it the first time hadn't done a very good job and it had been leaking sometime, we just hardly ever used that tub enough to notice. I wish Angie's List existed 25 years ago. We're so lucky is does now. Before Adam left, he told my husband to try and twist it. It was solid. Adam was very friendly and pleasant. He does excellent work and we will definitely use Louis Mechanical Contractors from now on.

I called and got an appt within days, conveniently working around my schedule. They called 15 minutes before to verify that I was ready, as they were ahead of schedule (my appointment was set for 7:30 am, by the way). The two men arrived and went right to work, quietly and expeditiously. Within an hour, they were done. They showed me the work, provided me the literature that came with the disposal, explained the costs to me, provided an itemized invoice/receipt, and asked if I had any questions, etc. Then, they left. I would highly recommend them, for as a single female homeowner they were easy to deal with, for it was a seamless and professional experience.

In my experience, this kind of integrity of workmanship and business practice is hard to find. When I need a plumber there is no doubt about who I will call. I have not yet been billed for the second service call. The first bill was reasonable and fair.

The crew (two men) arrived within two hours of my initial call and immediately went to work diagnosing the problem. Rather than replace the entire lantern, they removed and cleaned the feeder line. Works as good as new. The cost seemed very fair.

They show up on time and are nice and courteous! Couldn't ask for anything more!
