It went well. I first booked right before the big floods in Baton Rouge in August 2016. Their own offices were flooded out, so understandably we needed to reschedule for a later time. My new faucet was not urgent. They came as quickly as they could and did a great job installing the faucet. They charge by the hour, and so they agreed to fix my "running" toilet as well. That fix seemed to work, but actually didn't fix the problem. Because of the general crisis in Baton Rouge with so many businesses and homes in need, I didn't bother calling them back about it. I feel confident that they would have come back had I called, and I would hire them again.

Follow up was terrible, took multiple calls to keep things moving. Issue misdiagnosed.

I had to call back the next day in order to get an appointment; however, once I called back the following morning to follow up on scheduling the appointment, I was able to secure an appointment for that day. The technician just left. The hot water heater is not leaking water and the technician removed the blockage that was deep in the sewage drain.

Fine. Came within a few days of calling. Had the spout in his truck to replace mine. Fixed the hot water leak. Have used them before. They are the plumbers listed in my phone now for whatever I need,

Scoped job out and were prompt. Found best way to run the pipe.

Seem to really rush through and skimped on a couple of things. Had to have someone to return and repair leak on stove.

I called in the morning, about a clogged drain, and was able to have it resolved before noon. Excellent communication from their staff, with very attentive, qualified plumbers, who were able to resolve the issue, and troubleshoot the exact location where the drain was clogged. A+. Would definitely hire again.

Tab and Rubin did an outstanding job. Tab had to do quite a bit of work to take care of the repair , and they wasted no time in getting the job done correctly. For all the work they did I figured it was going to be rather expensive . When I called on 12/29/16 to set up a appointment , the lady who worked with me on scheduling a time told me that they had a minimum fee which Angie's list coupon took care of $20 of the $33 Fee, and the hourly Labor cost was around $132 . For all the work and Materials , I was very satisfied with the price of the repair. GREAT SERVICE !!!!

Performed both jobs satisfactorily and even fixed a minor problem with a toilet gratis.

They were busy after the flood and apparently my appointment either was never scheduled or fell through the cracks. I received a call about a month after my initial contact. When they did show up, the work was done professionally. I am just hoping that the lack of responsiveness was due to being busy due to the flood.

Work was performed fine but invoice when received lacked details to understand the billing and how they calculated the totals. I called three times to request a more detailed invoice & was told their accounts receivable would call me back right away. I never heard from anyone. Quite disappointed in their lack of responsiveness.

Service was excellent: polite, competent, clean, and respectful. The entire three-part job was accomplished within thirty minutes yet was done with grace and skill. The provider himself was adept at explaining his repairs and also at projecting a sense of reliability.

I called Louis Mechanical and they came out the next day. Our toilet had somehow overflowed and flooded the house. Mr. Butch replaced a part in the tank and explained his ideas on what happened to cause the problem. He was very helpful.

I was thrilled with the service. The scheduling associate, Geralyn, was helpful and friendly. She managed to work in a next day service for me, with no additional charge. She allowed me to email the Angie's List ($20 off) coupon in to receive the discount after it would not load sufficiently on my phone for the tech to see and apply it on site. The plumber, Tab, was friendly, fast, and professional. He explained to me exactly what was wrong, and what he was doing to correct the problem as he worked. I was impressed.

Called on a Monday and was able to schedule service for 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday. Received a call first thing Wednesday morning letting me know plumber was on the way. Plumber (John) arrived timely and immediately went to work. John was courteous and professional, explained what he was going to have to do and completed the work in a quick and efficient manner. I would not hesitate to recommend this company or use them again. Great experience.

Louis Mechanical did us a great service. We woke up Sunday with front yard flooded. I called several "recommended by friends" plumbers on Monday morning with either no answer or voice-mail. Please note, this is during the worst of latest heat wave, with the temp. on that Monday reaching 103 degrees (a record and a heat index of 120). Not only did Mrs. Geralyn answer the phone at Louis Mechanical, she made it a point to have someone come out to help (No water, two boys starting school, crazy heat, unhappy wife. We were in hurricane mode, but usually with hurricanes, the water works and with generator, it's bearable - no water, it's a whole different story.). What you get at Louis Mechanical is a professional organization, with real people to answer the phone and help when you need it the most. Thanks.

Arrived on time. In less than a minute had my outside water shut off valve leak fixed. Was able to use the fitting I had for the toilet shut off valve replacement and had that fixed within 10 minutes. Tab was very professional and took care of my problems in such a short time that I was pleasantly surprised. Would definitely use this company again. He also accepted the $20 Angie's List coupon.

Called and made an appointment for toilet installation on the 1st for the 9th at 7:30 a.m. At 9:00 called and asked where the plumber was. We were told he had made a service call the night before and could make it later in the day, not told what time just later. The lady on the phone apoligised nicely. We explained we would not be using their services as there could have been a call before the expected time. We had to call them to find out why no one showed up.

The services are great. I have used them before.

Butch/Alex got there early & proceed to evaluate problem then took care of it. Very courteous & professional; would use them again.

The provider was on time. He shut off the water at the street. He located the home shut off valve underground. As we surmised, once it was located, it was also totally corroded and unusable. We live in the southern region and hard freezes do not last long. So we were able to have the shut off valve itself routed closer to ground level. He provided the copper tubing and the ball valve and soldered all the new joints. Then, he replaced the cover for the valve. Now we are able to turn the valve on and off when we want to work on plumbing other places in the home. We can also shut off the water, when we travel, to insure that a break in a water line in the home will not flood the home when we are gone. If a hard freeze is expected, we can put insulation in the box at ground level. Also now the box for the valve sits partially above ground and we can cut the grass around it and weed eat and keep it in plain view. Before the entire system was about 6 inches below ground and we could not find it. Had we located it, it would have been corroded. So we are now capable of using it and properly maintaining it. We are happy.

Fast, friendly, professional. Repair made and also courtesy checked the other lantern to make sure there were no problems.

I've used them a couple of times and they have done good work for me both times. They are very good. They fixed the problem the first time. They were very professional.

This company wanted to charge me $150.00 for an estimate on a bathroom remodel (a $25 dollar service fee and $125/ hour with a minimum 1 hour). I initiated contact because of all the good reviews, I will not be using a company that charges an outrageous price for an estimate.

It went well and I had another leak and they fixed it. At first I wasn't satisfied and they sent somebody out until I was.
