Description of Work: Had a running faucet in the tub that would not turn off.

Description of Work: I needed my water heater changed. When I called for a quote I asked if they needed to send someone before the actual work to look over the job because I had concerns about the water heater fitting through the attic ladder opening. They said no it was a standard change out. OK. The guys showed up on time and had some problems with the removal of the existing WH. They didn't drain it completely and there was water spilled in the attic and through the opening to my floor. (I witnessed that) Apparently the drain valve broke. After all of that they bring the new WH in and it won't fit through the opening. The new one was more insulated. They had to go get another one that would fit. I purposely bought a "better than normal" WH (at their suggestion) which was more expensive then a Home Depot/Lowe's type. After all of that I ended up with the Home Depot/Lowe's cheaper WH b/c it fit through the opening. All of this added 3 hours of additional labor to the job. So by not sending someone to pull a tape they charged me 3 hours of labor to offset the cost of the cheaper hot water heater. I just though it was wrong.

Description of Work: Replaced a diverter valve in kitchen faucet. Part had to be ordered so two visits were needed to complete the job. Service was prompt and professional.

Description of Work: Put a valve in a gas line so we could turn off the gas lights on our house. They were here on time. I was not able to print the coupon and paid the whole bill. A week later I had a 20.00 check in the mail, the coupon value. These are honest people. I would call them again.

Description of Work: I had a leak under sink. They fixed it and also fixed a toilet issue while there without any problem. I will be calling them to install garbage disposal soon. They told me what to order from them or buy myself and have them install. |Very professional service.

Description of Work: They fixed my water heater. I believe the service was great but the charge for the amount of time and work was ridiculous.

Description of Work: I have not received an invoice for their work yet, so I cannot fill out that information. My new washer was overflowing, and they quickly told me that the problem was a plugged vent going to the roof. They unplugged the vent from the roof to the end of the drain line - 75'. Then they made sure the washer was not going to overflow again before they left. Louis Mechanical always has the nicest and most qualified workers, it is a pleasure to have them doing work at my home. I always know the problem will be fixed when they leave. I wouldn't call anyone else.

Description of Work: Fifty year old shower fixtures were replaced which meant that old plumbing had to be removed by cutting holes in the wall and cutting old pipe. The new fixtures work beautifully and look great. Holes were covered. This firm also repaired my hot water heater which is also very old and did a great job.
