Description of Work: Sewer backed up. My clean outs were not there (one was covered up by patio). They opened line. Problem recurred. Re-opened line & checked w/ camera; appeared problem may have been at city sewer tie in but city check found no problem. Installed new accessible clean out so if it happened again we could see. No further problems. It was a "narley" problem, not free to address, but professionally handled.

Description of Work: Called to repair tub spout and after 6 non returned calls for appointments and 10 days looking for parts (could have used universal part)they replaced parts and overcharged for entire repair. Later discussion with management they decreased charge and apologized for entire episode. Advised that employee involved later left company.

Description of Work: I had a several thousand dollar plumbing repair job. Based on Angie's List grading I was ready to give Louis Mechanical the job without hassle. I telephoned Monday afternoon and arranged an appointment for 2:00-pm Thursday. I took off from work -- but no one showed up at my House. At 2;30pm I telephoned the Office. They said the appointment was on their Books for 12:30pm but the Plumber did not show up at 12:30 because he was busy. I was promised someone would to come to my house later in the afternoon. No person ever showed up. No person ever telephoned me back. The work as eventually done by another Plumber.
