We were contacted immediately by Mr. Leo Desselle of Pennant Real Estate. After speaking to Leo and two other highly referred local realtors, we both felt very good about proceeding with Pennant Realty. We began the process in September, and closed on New Years Eve. Throughout the entire process, Leo was available, informative, proactive, knowledgeable, pleasant and patient. We could not be more pleased that we had the good fortune to go through this process with a professional as competent and kind as Mr. Desselle and Pennant Real Estate.
