+ -1 moreDO get services agreed to in writing. DO agree or negotiate payment terms (end of job, not end of each day and payment by check, not cash). DO be there to check on work. DON'T allow them to work in inclement weather or when your yard is damp. DON'T pay for work in advance.
Description of Work: I originally hired them to work my flower beds. They did good work with that. Then they kept pointing out other work that they could do for me in my yard. I agreed to let them do most of it. They cut vines out from under bushes but left stubs that would damage a mower. I had to spend hours fixing that. They raked leaves and did great but tried to finish work with a lawn tractor and rutted up my yard. They raked pine needles around trees supposedly until they dried out but never returned to bag them ang get them out from around trees. They did a good job with installing a yard catch basin but hacked up area around the catch basin so that it didn't drain properly. I spent hours shoveling and raking the area for that to work properly. They were paid in advance to transfer stump grinds from my front yard to my flower bed. They got paid in advance and did half the work work that we agreed to. They did not return (hospital stay). They asked to do work that they are not licensed for (tree removal and stump grinding). They need to be paid at the end of every day that they work and they prefer cash.

+ 1 moreMr. Leroy and his crew showed up in the morning & stayed until the job was done, which was around 7:30. They were three of the hardest workers I've ever seen. I will definitely call them for any future gutter or lawn service!

+ 1 moreGreat experience! Leroy responded quickly to my call, he was on time and super nice. I needed to have a dead tree removed, some bushes cut back and a very overgrown sideyard and patio cleared out. He took a look around, gave me a price and got to work. He and his crew finished quickly and made everything look nice and neat. Will definitely call again :)

+ -1 moreLeroy came out soon after I placed first call, gave me quote, and cleaned out my gutters and my mom's gutters on same day! Also sent him to a friends out where he cleaned out his gutters and changed a hard to reach lightbulb.... great guy. Good service. Will call upon Leroy's services again!
