Description of Work: Mr. Vinson and his crew worked almost non-stop. He cleaned out a year of weeds,sprayed herbicide and put down tons of new soil and mulch. Now we can start from scratch. He taught us a lot about plants and how to deal with weeds. Excellent job!_x000D_|

+ -1 moreHe is a really nice guy and he tried really hard, but the way he did the job at my house, he didn't do a very good job. He tried hard, but he missed one critical problem. I would suggest you to go through the job and discuss the finer points carefully with him before you hire him.

+ -1 moreJohn was prompt. When he said he would call, he did. When he said that he and his crew would show up they did! All work was done neatly and he did a great job in clean up. He estimated that it would take about 3 days and it took 2 1/2. There was a $100 cost over run beyond the original estimate but he explained the situation and we agree to the additional charge prior to the work being done. John called the One Call group to mark the utility lines ahead of work beginning. As it turns out, my gas line was marked incorrectly, it was off about 5 feet so his crew hit the gas line ( I saw where it was marked and where he hit the line so it was verified). It was repaired quickly and I cannot blame John for that. Overall I was very happy with John's work. It is difficult to find someone that does drainage work so a lot is based on "do you trust the guy". John seems to understand his business and described exactly what he would do. We have not had a huge rain storm since work has been completed but I am optimistic that either my problem is solved or at worst, greatly improved. I would use him again.
Description of Work: My back and side yard would hold water during heavy rains. John installed catch basins and PVC piping to help move the water towards the street. He also graded the side of my yard and the front to allow additional water to flow naturally. He was also able to tie in my gutter down spouts to the PVC pipe to help push the water forward.

+ -1 moreThey came in and grade the driveway, trenched out for drainage. Spread out Limestone and smoothed it out. used a roller to pack down stone. got us some compost and topsoil for landscaping. Spread it out, then planted about 40 plants for us. To finish everything, they put down gravel over the topsoil to avoid washout.
Description of Work: Had a portion of my dirt driveway graded and then had stone put down.Also had some topsoil, plants then stone put down on property.
