Jim was great, very flexible, and was truly a consultant. He pointed out some issues that needed repair.

In November, Jim met with me to go over scope of work and details on this project for the Woodstone Homeowners Association. After getting details on the job and agreeing to all aspects, he submitted a written estimate. Unfortunately, both bad weather and a case of the flu held up Jim's work off and on for a week or so. He was very apologetic for this, but was in constant communication on scheduling. He got right back on the job as soon as he recovered and the bad weather broke. He did excellent work, has all the right equipment, used low pressure nozzle on all wood. He even patched the cedar fencing in several places. This fence is built of large dimensional lumber, so repairing and saving big $100+ boards was a major cost-saver. We're also hiring him to clean and possibly re-stain the front fencing, a job at least 2X the size of his first work for us. Can't say enough good about this guy!

He was did what he said he was going to do. He had a man and woman that he hired to do some of the work, but he checked on them to make sure they did a good job. He showed up at the time and day that he gave me and finished the job in a timely manner. SwanVery pleased and would recommend Jim to friends.

Jim did an excellent job painting the exterior of my house. He helped match the colors, then he purchased the paint and brought the receipt. He also did a great job a few months earlier pressure washing the house, sidewalks, driveway and patio. His prices are very reasonable and he is honest and dependable. I would definitely recommend his work for both painting and pressure washing.

Jim does great work. He has done work for my neighbors, who were very pleased and recommended him. My porch looks like new. The carport is cleaner than I thought it could be and my patio is remarkably better than it was. Jim did the work on time and to a high standard. He fixed my leaking hose and also cleaned off the driveway, which were above and beyond what we had agreed upon. Jim was a nice guy who does outstanding work and a great price. I would recommend him to all of my neighbors and friends.
