Installation of granite was good. Had to keep on them to let us know when installing backsplash. Work was good just slow.

Overall, a B- or C+ really, but ultimately, I couldn't give a very favorable rating b/c although estimator and phone/email staffer were generally professional, efficient, and helpful, company's policy is that a ridiculous 75% is to be paid before work begins (and a usurious 18% monthly interest, which wouldn't have applied to me but still). Also, 5 days to replace one small shower is too long, and some additional items on estimate (which, overall, was competitively priced) were confusing and not explained.

They have been in business in many years and they were so accommodating. They took a lot of time to share their products with me and what they would be capable of doing. The price I thought was they're comparable with some estimates that I received. I was very pleased with them even though if they didn't provide the service. They have a large selection of materials that a costumer could choose from to accommodate whatever project they're working on and I like their payment methods. Their staff is professional, warm and friendly.

They were nice enough when we were buying things but they never fixed it. So, I didn't use them the next time I needed tiles.

Their estimate was high, so, I did not use them. I did not like the guy very much; he seemed to know what he was doing, but he did not sit along for me any opinions. He just came in, and I told him what I wanted. He measured it and gave me a price, whereas, the guy I actually ended up using, Evan, was wonderful. He came in and suggested things that I might want to do, and he was also about 25% less than Jenkins. So, I am actually going with him. In fact, he is coming on Monday to do the kitchen. I did not bother with Jenkins because I did not really get a good vibe from the guy; however, he was here exactly on time, and he was very professional just not very helpful.

Overall, we were not satisfied with this company and will not be using them again or giving them recommendations. While researching options, we appreciated their large selection and the ability to take home samples. They also provided an itemized quote, as requested, that was reasonably priced. The project took five business days to complete both bathrooms, which was expected. However, several problems during installation led to our overall negative review. The two-man crew arrived more than an hour late on the first day. It appears there is a lack of communication between the workers and Mr. Jenkins – they went to another job before ours, even though they were scheduled to arrive at our house first thing in the morning. This resulted in my husband being late to work. The workers arrived on time the second day, however, they could not do any work as the tile did not arrive “at the dock” until several hours later. Once again, my husband was late to work. On multiple occasions, the workers forgot to lock the doors when they left our house. Also, without asking, they used one of our nice bathroom towels for part of their job. When their work was complete, I found the towel – SOAKING WET – in a pile on our hardwood floor. After washing the towel, I discovered permanent stains that sent it to the trash. In addition, the workers left a haze on half of the tile in one bathroom which we had to clean off after they left. They also left a trail of dust and dirt behind them, which was not swept or mopped.

I went to that company to just look at their tile sample and get a quote. Their quote was very high. They had barged samples. Their price was high. They had good selections. I ended up buying that from internet. They were very responsive in coming and giving out the quote to me. The quote was very generic and not detailed. They didn't tell me how much the labor was or how many square feet tile it was. It wasn't itemized. They werepunctual. I would use them in the future.

We purchased tile from Jenkins Tile for a bathroom remodel. We were told that we choose what we want from the showroom, and they order it. We ordered a common subway tile and ordinary square floor tile. We ordered extra as back-up, and were told unopened tile could be returned for a 10% restocking fee. They gave us a quote form as a receipt and wrote and quot;Paidand quot; on it when we paid for the tile. When we actually tried to return the extra, they said it was a special order and could not be returned. The saleswoman told it it said this on the receipt, and then said we didn't have a receipt, just a purchase order - which is all we were given. She then proceeded to speak to us as though we were stupid, saying there were signs all over (there are not). When our tile came in later than expected, phone calls regarding the status were not returned - just a call when it finally came in. This is one of our first remodeling projects - we were not aggressive about any of this, and in fact were pretty timid about it. They had no reason to avoid us or treat us poorly, but they did. Also, be prepared to pay several percent of your purchase extra if you use a credit card. They only don't charge extra if you write a personal check. They do not mention this until you go to pay - strange since so many people no longer rely on paper checks.

They did an excellent job. It turned out beautifully. I had drainage problems previously and now that the work is completed I have no further drainage problems. They gutted and replaced it and I would definitley use them again.
