They gave a very technical evaluation of the issues in my AC system and gave a variety of options to choose from as to how to proceed as we consider how far to go to and how much to spend on an older system. Very helpful in weighing the options. Not many out there as thorough as these guys. Reasonable pricing also in a very competitive industry such as this.

It was a once in a lifetime snow event followed by a carbon monoxide alert and having to evacuate our home in the middle of the night. The fire fighters that came that night believed it was our heater. The next day, a friend referred Sam and I called him immediately. He found the source (more specifically our heater vent/flute) but wouldn’t be able to fix it that day. Knowing I was concerned about being in the house with the possibility of having CO escaping, Sam let us hang on to his CO detector so we could monitor the levels on our own. Such a simple thing… but for this worried mom, it meant the world! He even texted that evening to check on us. Sam and his crew were knowledgeable, thorough, understanding, and did a great job with the repair. He’s gained a customer for life! Seriously. I've already signed us up for the maintenance package!
