THE REPAIRMAN SHOWED UP ON TIME, QUICKLY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND HAD TO OBTAIN A FAN.

Scheduled the installer to do the work on 1/8/2014. He arrived on time and performed the work in short order. The work was done well within the allotted time and professionally.

They arranged a window replacement when preparing for a home sale.

Replaced heating element in oven. Replaced 4 induction burners on cooktop and cleaned entire unit. Work done promptly and on schedule. Technician was Jeremy Talley.

The gentleman was punctual and professional. i was satisfied.

They repaired a washing machine. The repairman was on time, efficient, clean and extremely pleasant.

ELECTRICIAN VERY GOOD AT WHAT HE DOES.IT WAS LATE BUT HE STAYED TO FINISH HIS WORK ALTHOUGH HE DIDNOT HAVE SOME PARTS WITH HIM AT THE TIME HE DID RETURN THE NEXT DAY TO COMPLETE THE WORK DID A GREAT JOB . Excellent! I appreciated the repairman explaining the problem. When I called for a service appointment I was given a very convenient time, the repairman's name, the fact that he would be wearing a Home360 uniform, and driving a Home360 truck. I received a phone call from the repairman15 minutes before he arrived telling me he was on his way...right on time! I WILL call then again!

Everything went great! Mr. Clyde and his son came out for the job. It was a bit of a push to get going because they had to figure out how to remove this giant limb from my back porch roof before they could do any repair work. Once that was done everything was smooth sailing. They rebuilt the sections of the porch roofing that were damaged and installed new sheet metal. I am very pleased with how it came out. Also: I was told by several people that Home 360 was expensive but they always had someone that did good work. In my experience, their bid was literally HALF the cost of others and they did excellent work.

Called to get a quote and options for widening driveway and building a shed to match the house. They said I needed it approved from the subdivision first and I would have to draw up the plans. I explained when its approved I only have 90 days to build it according to the HOA. They also wanted an elevation survey done before they would even come out. Thats why I wanted them to come out first. They said they don't work that way. Iwill never call Home360 again

We have used Home 360 for years, initially it was called "Homecare" in Baton Rouge. Remember, this is not "one company" in the traditional sense. Each tradesman is a franchisee of 360 and is an independent contractor. Most of them are pretty good, some better than others. The most recent guy did a good job at a fair price, like most of them. They average about $130 or so for the estimate, which is then included as part of the final price if they do the work. I think they are all bonded and insured. We have only had a problem twice, one, an electrician a couple years ago who did not want to replace aging two prong outlets in my mom's old house, (a competing company did the work at a reasonable price), the other was an air conditioning fellow who said that my elderly mom hadn't turned on the unit correctly. Fortunately I was pulling into the driveway right before he left and we "identified" the problem. On AC it was blowing warm air. It needed a recharge. Other than those two instances we have enjoyed good service from them. Other calls for ac work have been satisfactory, good electrical work, plumbing, soffet and fascia work have been as well. I would recommend them. They aren't cheap, but you get your money's worth for the most part.

Painter (Pierre) removed wallpaper, popcorn ceiling, and textured all walls for repainting. Did an excellent job with prep, had entire crew painting for 3 days and cleanup was spotless. He also painted some areas requested by my wife that were not in the original agreement fro free. Overall experience was excellent and I would request him again for any of my painting jobs.

I was impressed with their punctuality, professionalism and the integrity of the work. Overall, they did a good job and were worth the money. This was not, however, the cheapest quote we found. In this case, we were willing to pay a little more for reliability, quality and security.

The crew showed up early in the morning, removed the rotted soffits, cut out new replacements, primed and painted them and was finished. Work looked great.

It was done incorrectly. They were not honest with their work and what they guaranteed. It was a rush job. They didn't even take off the old roof, just put shingles on top of the old roof. I continued to have leaks, and it damaged a wall in my home. Eventually my wall ended up crumbling. Their staff was rude, while I was cordial. They had poor customer service.

They wanted over $700 for it. I knew that was way to high and I got another company to fix it for $140

The work itself was ok but it went wrong everywhere else. I'm sure I could have bought a new one for the price they charged. I had to take off work and they forgot that they had a meeting and was late. Then when he got here he forgot a tool or something and had to leave a come back and by the time it was finally done it was late.

Rick was extremely professional and checked with his supervisor by phone to determine the best route to go with clearing the drain. the compound he recommended is used by commercial plumbers but can be purchased by homeowners at plumbing supply companies. It cured my problem !

The appt. to see what we wanted was set for 2 PM. He showed up about 45 mins. early and we weren't home yet. Because we weren't there he gave us a quote to replace the insert that included the insert. We had stated when we called to set up the appt. that we already had the insert, we just needed someone to install it. When we saw how high the quote was and realized it included a new insert, we called 360 to get a new estimate. We told more than one person that we had the insert (due to different people calling back because we had to leave a message) and all we wanted was an estimate for labor. They said they would get back to us. It took a couple of days for the installer to call and when he did we were out, so he left a message stating that he was willing to order and install a new insert for us!! This time we called his personal number which we got from our caller ID. My husband explained what we wanted an estimate for but unfortunately my husband quoted the difference from what we paid for the insert and the installer's initial estimate, which he said was fine. In my opinion, it might have been different had my husband not said a price, but we'll never know.

Showed up right on time, the electrician sent (Duane Leblanc) and his helper went into the attic and resolved the issue in about 10 minutes. Took payment and were on their way, all in about 15 minutes total! I would recommend Home360 and Duane Leblanc without hesitation.

Their roofing contractor did a real good job and I was very satisfied with what he did. The gutter guy didn’t do it well. We actually had to get the supervisor out here to get him to come back and fix some problems.

First, I really don't like ac guys. I've had one tell me I needed a new unit when it was only a year old just to get a second opinion and it was fine and lasted 10 more years. So I'm always cautious...but I called home 360 bc we have used them in the past and they were pretty reliable. So for under 100 for each unit they came out and serviced our 3 ac units. The guy was a little late and that is always frustrating when you have to be at work when they finish. It took about an hour for each ac but the guy did a good job and I would have them back out again.

Making the appointment was fast. The phone rep was courteous and had a repairman out the following day. The repairman arrived on time- he even called shortly before the appointment time to confirm we were home. He diagnosed the problem with our dryer and quoted us a price to fix it. Because it is an intermittent problem, we are waiting to actually fix the dryer. When it does come time to fix it, we'll definitely be using Home360.
