The man came, did the job made no mess and completed the job.

It was fabulous. They were quick and efficient, and did it on my schedule. They were so professional. The provider tinted the primer to save putting on three coats of paint. She sealed the wallpaper with Gardz and then primed and painted it. A week later when I tried to patch my ceiling, I was having problems blending. Three days before her wedding, she came and painted a ceiling at the end of her work day. Miss Stephanie is the best.

I was not happy with them at all. I won't use them again. My experience with them was just awful. It was a really bad experience. They didn’t do anything about it when we showed them the problem. The doors leaked and they still leak. They kept saying that it was nothing that they did. It was just something that was going to happen and that it had nothing to do with the doors or the way it was installed. But it never leaked before. Sadly the person that installed it had a hurt hand. He said that he would have help when I asked him which he didn’t. His situation just got worse. He was really a nice person but he really didn’t do good work. They didn’t back it up; they didn’t make good on it. I was real disappointed in that. They didn’t follow up on their promise. The cleanup was fine. We had to go back and point out things and verify if they were going to do that way. He tried to cut corners on supplies. If we hadn’t caught it, he would have just left it that way. Rather than go and buy a piece of wood that actually fits, he just kind of patched up wood pieces that he had. It was just really a bad job. The price was reasonable and fair. They pretended to be responsive and they always sent someone out to listen to me. But they never did anything about it. They were fine on punctuality. If they were professional they would have done something about the issue.

You have to pay the$85 fee regardless if u use the company or not. The estimate was too high

This is an update to an earlier, VERY poor review. The plumber they sent was not honest with me, was ugly towards me, and basically made my life miserable. After writing an honest bad review of him, Home 360 not only contacted me, but had a representative schedule to visit me at my convenience. He explained they had gotten to the truth, that this specific service individual had not acted in the Home 360 required manner personally or business-wise. They made things MORE than right with me. I was SUPER impressed with the level of, and dedication to customer service they have. They folks are really impressive. Since the resolution of my issues, I'm now a huge fan of Home 360, and will call them again when needed, for sure.

my a/c unit need blower motor need to replace but they show up and rewire a/c unit charge $150 than they told me blow motor need to replace at $600 and contactor replace also $200 ----------- too much crazy ------ so I call other company to just double check they charge only $200 for blower motor and they told me contactor is find no need to replace ????? what is going on --- watch out

They knew what they were doing and are very knowledgeable. I've given their name of to others.

All their work is guaranteed. Their work is excellent. They are extremely reliable and customer friendly. The quality of work is really high and it makes the price a deal. Their prices are very competitive. I like that they can do anything that I need for my home.

Carpenter said we needed to cut down or replace the kitchen cabinet. He was to contact a friend to build another cabinet to correct dimensions. His work order said: 1. Remove existing upper cabinet. 2. "reinstall new Home 360 supplied cabinet (shorter in height) to match existing as close as possible." 3. Remove bathroom drawers, reuse existing drawer fronts. *4. No painting, staining or finishing to be done by craftsman. 5. Labor and materials. 6. Clean up and discard debris. *note that item 4 does not come directly after item 2 to which it applies. The bathroom drawers were replaced and are fine. The drawer slides are a little hard to pull, but we were told it should loosen up and be fine. They look nice. The problem we have is with the kitchen project. The cabinet arrived and it was unfinished. There had been discussion about possibly using part of the old cabinet, but we decided to go with a new one. We are not happy that we now have to finish the new cabinet, stain it and put a finish in it to match the other cabinets. It is our fault that we did not read the fine print -item 4, but I thought that referred to other areas around the cabinet. If item 2 said replace to match existing as close as possible, we thought that meant finished. We will have to finish the cabinet, but we are not happy. The linoleum floor in front of the refrigerator was damaged when we pulled it out, but we were told that because the craftsman was helping my husband pull the fridge out, he and Home 360 are not responsible for the damage. The floor will need to be replaced. The craftsman was an excellent worker. He was very courteous and pleasant to have in our home. He cleaned up after himself, was on time, and his work was well done. Our problem is with the lack of clear communication about exactly what would occur with the cabinet. It was not clear to us that we would have to finish the cabinet. Our other problem is the refusal to be responsible for the damage to the floor.

Mike Abshire and Sid arrived at 8:00am and started to work promptly. They removed the first column and replaced it within an hour. After the first column was up and level the other 5 columns went quickly and smoothly. They stayed on task until the job was done. The work was completed by about 2 pm. The yard and the front porch was left clean and neat. Both men were very professional and hard working. I am excited that my front porch is no longer saging but, level and the columns are in a straight row. They did a beautiful job! I would recommend them to anyone in need of help. I have already recommended them to one of my neighbors, which called me in need of a professional to do work in her house.

I called Home 360 and they sent Mike Absire out to the house to look at the job the next afternoon. He called me back the next day with an estimate. Mike and Sid began the job within 3-4 days. The job consisted of tiling around the tub, which was down to the studs and tiling the floor of the bathroom. Mike came to house about 8 am and started to work, putting in the sheetrock around the tub. He also cut out a soap/shampoo holder in the wall. The next day he came in and started putting a water barrier on the sheet rock he had installed the day before. He then sealed the water barrier with a sealer. This took him 2 days to do by himslef. On the third day Sid came to work with Mike and they started to install the tile around the tub. I also had them to put in accent pieces of tile around the tub and in the soap/shampoo holder. Sid cut the tile while Mike installed the tile. It went quickly with both of them working. By the end of the day the tub was tiled and Sid was grouting the tub surround. When they came back the next day they started on the bathroom floor. The floor went fast and with in 2 days they were finished with the job. They were both very professional, friendly, answered questions, and hard workers. My bathroom is gorgeous. Mike even managed to put accents in front of the toliet and it all lined up perfectly with both sinks and mirrors. I will have them back to do more work on my home soon. I would recommend Mike and Sid to anyone in need of installation of tile. They did great work!

Each of them was individually contacted. The painting people were just absolutely wonderful and they had been recommended to me by someone. The carpenter's the last one and I wasn't very pleased with him. It's not the quite what I've accepted and each of his measurements were a little too close for what he was doing. He also was a very talkative person. I wasn't very happy.

I've used this company several times before for plumbing and also minor carpentry. They are expensive but super-reliable and professional. I trust that I will get service I am happy with and I don't have to investigate a bunch of options. Good for lazy people.

My parents advised that they were treated well, they felt comfortable with the workers that came to do the work, they were timely, cost is a little high, but there is value in the overall package, of knowing there is a degree of safety above just calling anyone out to your home, and the chances that the work will be done correctly, is high, on the first attempt. That means something.

Very satisfied, I called them for everything but in the expensive side.

Excellent work by the service technicial Jeremy Talley. It was a difficult job and took 2 visits but he stayed with it and now the machine is working fine. Most appreciated was he was here on time every time and the charge for the work stayed the same although he had to make two trips. Very personable and committed to customer satisfaction.

For the past 4 years, Home 360 technician, Hansel Temple, has serviced our very old heating & cooling system. On his first visit to service the system, Mr. Temple told us that some time in the future the system would fail but until that time came, he would continue to fill it with Freon and replace small parts that had worn out. Well, this is the year it chose to go to the air conditioner graveyard. We telephoned Mr. Temple on Friday, February 21, 2014 to do our annual service. He informed us that the old system was not repairable so we scheduled for him to return on Monday, February 24, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. On Monday, Mr. Temple and his team arrived promptly at 9:00 a.m. Although Mr. Temple said they'd be there until 4:00 p.m., they finished by 2:00 p.m. All went smoothly. Over the years, my husband and I have been very happy with the service Mr. Temple has performed, this visit was more of the same. We appreciate his knowledge of heating and cooling systems and we are grateful for his professionalism.

The work was well done but I felt that the worker could have cleaned up the mess after doing the work. Overall, I am very happy with Home 360, their prices and work.

Worker showed up before appt time but called to check if it was okay. It was and I was glad to have him come early. He did a very good job and left everything clean and neat. Very nice person and very professional I have used HomeCare360 in the past and will use them again

Tim came to the house and was very courteous. He went straight to the ice maker and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He laid out the options available and while it was tough to hear the ice maker was non-serviceable he refused to charge me for the service call. Thanks to Angie's List and this honest service technician.

work was professional and everything is fine. he also serviced my a/c in August and made some needed repairs/adjustments to improve the cooling without replacing an old unit.

They did a good job in a timely manor. There was no problems while they were here. They are a bit pricey.
