Description of Work: Cleaned dryer vent completely, including taking apart venting in the attic. Removed a bird's nest that was blocking airflow. I thought I needed to have a fan installed but the technician saved me about $700 by just clearing the existing flow.

Description of Work: Put together new ceiling fan, cut hole in ceiling and add a brace and install fan. Efficient and professional worker. Some of their prices are a little high but they always guarantee their work and are very professional.

Description of Work: They were awesome! My service guy repaired my washing n |Machine, my oven, and my garbage disposal. The electrician repaired our breaker box and to switch some breakers. It took quite a few visits and he didn't even charge me for some of the trips to our house. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: I called them over for an estimate to turn my attic into a finnished space. The guy showed up on time and looked at the space and said he would get back to me in about a week. Well... it has been three plus weeks and I still havent heard back from him or anyone from there. I guess my business is not important to them.

Everything went great.
Description of Work: Due to tree roots blocking the sewer line to the septic tank, another line was run connecting to city sewage. The men were great and worked so hard to get it done. Everyone was nice including the office staff. The plumber was Rick Iueli He had a great personality, knew what he was doing and was very professional.

Description of Work: This was the first time I have used Home 360. I will deffinutely call the again for future repairs. The front porch of my home was rotten and in really bad shape. The gentleman they sent out,John, was very profrssional and did excellent work. I can,t sat enough about John. He was courteous, and an excellent carpenter. Excellent work at a reasonable price.

Description of Work: The guys who came to my house were very nice and friendly, but in the end I was not overly happy with the results, especially for the cost. One, they painted my new doors and doorframe the wrong color without calling/consulting me. They also blamed me for the mistake when a simple phone call would have resolved any problem. Two, they left a mess in my bathroom, which was just not acceptable. I should not have been wiping up thick dust and wood shavings from my sinks after 7 o'clock at night (scheduling was an issue). I really feel bad posting a negative review of such friendly fellows, but in the end, I paid a lot of money for what I'd call a so-so job.

Great very pleased !!!
Description of Work: Call them to come out and repair home central a/c unit, called around 9:00am they scheduled a appointment for 5:30pm the same day. Later that day they called that they had a cancel call and someone would be out around 1:00pm. They show up on time found the problem replaced the contact in unit and recharged freon.

When alerted of this “F” rating , a Home360 representative immediately followed up with this member regarding his experience. Our goal was to ensure this member received a true Home360 experience. We confirmed our craftsman provided a free written estimate, which means if the member decided not to accept the estimate, there would be no charge for the consultation. Our craftsman reviewed the scope of work with the member before any work was started. The member stated he needed a company that could respond immediately and perform the work the same day. Our craftsman arrived to the members home within one hour of his request and completed the work the same day. The member confirmed he was satisfied with the craftsmanship performed. Also, the Home360 warranty and craftsmanship guarantees were explained. The charges were reviewed by a Home360 manager and verified to ensure no part of the job cost was out of line. During the follow up phone call, the member shared he would have paid less with a handyman. We explained we cannot promise our services will be the cheapest in comparison to other companies in our area. We can promise to deliver a fair price for the highest level of quality craftsmanship, exceptional customer service and a solid craftsmanship warranty and lifetime craftsmanship guarantee. When using our services, this means there is absolutely no risk of not getting the work quality expected. No other company in the Baton Rouge area offers this level of quality control and customer satisfaction. The Home360 craftsman doing the work is state licensed and required to have workers compensation and general liability insurance. We are available to our customers 24 hours a day / 7 days a week and appointments are firm times, including after hours appointments. If we are going to be late, we call our customers in advance. Having been in business for 32 years, we have encountered many customers who have suffered the effects of going with the cheapest company. Their experience is similar to a quote from an unknown Author, “The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of a low price is forgotten.” Home360 elects not to compromise the level of commitment and quality service our customers have come to expect from us in order to be able to offer the cheapest price. The “F” rating in price is very disappointing and hard to understand since the member approved the estimate before any work was done and confirmed we satisfactorily met his expectations in regard to professionalism, quality, and punctuality. We appreciate the opportunity we were given to be of service. It is our hope we can be of service in the future.
