Description of Work: They replaced the part in the refrigerator door that controls the dispensing of water and ice. I do not recall the date--sometime last year. It seemed expensive to me.

Description of Work: Electrician removed and replaced 2 motion sensor lights outside under eaves. He came on a day it was raining and worked with an umbrella in one hand the entire time. About one or two weeks later I happened to come home after dark and noticed the lights were not working. I called their office and asked if their work was under warranty. I was told yes and the same electrician returned. He never went outside to look at the lights. He stood inside my kitchen and looked outside at one of the lights and told me I likely had purchased faulty lights or my switches were bad. My switches were working fine and what are the chances I purchased two bad fixtures from all those on display. He told me it was likely the bad weather we had been having that caused the problem and with that he left. I have never had such an unprofessional repairman come to my home. The receptionist told me she would call back and check on the visit and I never heard back from them. I would never use this electrician again. I have used this company in the past for other types of work and was satisfied.

Description of Work: They gave us an estimate for a wood rot repair on our windows. They came out on time.

Description of Work: Not pleased. The replacement was really unnecessary. The description of the problem ought to have emphasized the option of not replacing the heater, but recognizing the natural sounds that emanate from a heater under certain circumstances with a concomitant alternative option. Educating us over advising replacement.

Description of Work: I used Home360 for HVAC repair. The repairman was punctual and professional and I like that he took the time to explain the repair in detail, even drawing me a rough diagram. I will definitely use them again!

Description of Work: We were selling our home. After the inspection 360 was able to schedule a plumber, an electrician and a window replacement technician all on the same day and time. Since we had moved out of town it was very convienent. Cost was a little high, but well worth it to have it all done in one day.

Description of Work: I called them with a problem I was having with my A/C unit. They ended up having to replace it. It went very well. They were very polite and friendly.

Description of Work: Completely rebuilt two bathrooms from floor to ceiling. removed old flooring, walls,isulation and mildew. Installed subflooring, 2 tubs, one with Jacuzzi, 3 vanities and sinks, expanded the Master shower, install Shower glass shielding and door, tiled walls and floors, installed custom cabinets, electric fixtures, fans, painted and grouted. They are insured and bonded, and they were in my house for most of two months, mostly with no supervision from us. They were very careful and we grew very comfortable that they were honest and would leave our personal items un-molested in our absence. The work is first rate. The end products are beautiful. Our only real complaint is that they became so busy on another job after they wrapped up, it took many days to get them back to finish a punch list of paint, sheetrock and grout imperfections that they eventually took care of cheerfully and to our 95% satisfaction. Mike Abshire did a great job herding in electrical, plumbing and carpentry subs, all part of the Home 360 team, and seeing to it that the work was done right. Mike Bridges was the guy that got the final punch list acted on who stands available for discussion of the project quality. I think I paid top dollar, but I think I got value for it and I am very happy.
