The business was created to satisfy years of frequent requests from Perkins Road Hardware customers to perform various remodeling and repair projects for their homes, or to installed products purchased from the store. Description of Work: They charged my 91 year old father $279 to drain water out of his air conditioner pan. Took the repair man 30 minutes, no freon, parts or anything, he didn't even blow out the line. Total rip off. After complaining they said they forgot to give him senior citizens discount of a whole $25, but when the repair man gave him the bill he said he applied the discount. So not only are they ripping people off they are liars too. If you have an air conditioner problem just call a reputable AC company, like Accutemp on Jefferson.

We are truly sorry that you are unhappy with the experience your father, [Member Name Removed] had with Home360. Our number one priority is to make sure every customer has an excellent experience and is treated fairly, regardless if they are 91 or 21. When Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s daughter called in at 9:00pm on a Friday night to discuss the charges, a manager contacted her within minutes of her request to discuss her concerns and questions. As explained in a follow up call to Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s daughter, we did review the $295.00 charged for services. The charges included clearing the AC line; and, a repair to the drain line. We also confirmed this is with in the standard charge for the services provided for any customer. In reviewing the price, we found the 5% Senior Citizen Discount should have been deducted from the balance owed. In the interest of customer service we wanted to make up for the mistake, so we increased the discount from $14.75 to $25.00. Having serviced your fathers home since 1989, we definitely wanted to make right the oversight on our part in regard to the Senior Citizen Discount owed. We are aware our prices may be slightly higher than other companies. When comparing our services against other companies, please consider that all of the HVAC Franchise Owners with Home360, holds a Mechanical License with the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors. You will never have a helper working under someone's license showing up to service your home. Additionally, for the protection of your home, each HVAC Franchise Owner holds a $2 million dollar General Liability policy and individual Workmans Comp coverage. Our desire to please customers is the driving force that continues to generate repeat business and referrals for our company. It's our 38 year foundation. Description of Work: Fix roof leak. Mr. Berthelot was very knowledgeable and professional.. When they were finished you didn't know they had been there. Now lets see what happens ater next storm. Oh they did give a leak warranty.

Description of Work: The repairman wanted to skip over a very important part of fixing the sheetrock behind the existing wall, which was completely unacceptable since the sheetrock had mold on it in different places. I had to call and email the manager pictures of the walls to prove the guy was trying to cover up a problem that needed fixing. I'll never use those guys again.

Description of Work: Original Technician lied saying his truck broke down and he couldn't make it because he had previous dinner plans. When reported, he grudgingly showed up and told us he'd double charge us if he had to dig up pipe. Manager made the situation right with us the following day after our complaint.
