Fantastic. We had so many problems with our insurance company and they were so helpful in dealing with them. Sarah was amazing, a real asset to the company. Mr Clyde was extremely professional and very friendly. The crew were hard working, efficient and had the job done the same day, even with having to wait for the shingles to be delivered. The roof looks fantastic.

Excellent, but I thought the price was a little high. She knew what she was doing, however. I have hung wallpaper before and she did an excellent job. Very pleased.

The work was done in a timely manner but un-insulated wiring was installed in the ground. POOR result. In the beginning we had problems. After three years, I submitted a report and AL spoke to them on my behalf. After this time spam , they came out with a smile and corrected everything at no cost to me.

The work crew arrived when promised, worked steadily and cleaned up after. A good experience.

He was a bit messy, but not too bad. The price of $700 just blew my husband's mind, but what could he do at that point, after the work was completed? I know, he should have asked for an estimate before hand, but that didn't happen. I too, believe the price to be higher than it should have been.

You can imagine it didn't go well. I was absolutely fleeced by these two representatives of Homecare. I have made it a point to tell everyone of their shifty work. Stay away!

Jerrod was just absolutely fantastic. He is a perfectionist with his work. He works steady, very efficiently and does not try to "hurry" it done while at the same time getting it done as fast as possible. He wasn't taking breaks all day long and running off "getting something". He knew exactly what he was doing and was very professional. He had all the qualities in a carpenter I would wish for. He was very willing to make sure we were happy with his work.

Arrived on time as scheduled. Highly professional and prepared. Worked quickly and completed job.

We had a major leak under our kitchen sink. While the plumber was here I showed him problems in both of our bathrooms. He quickly assessed the problems, gave us the estimate, we approved the price, and the work began within the hour. He was here about 5 hours and completed the work very satisfactorily.

They were on time. They gave a written estimate. They checked the repair after they had worked on it. I would recommend to anyone looking for a plumbing company. They came when they said they would and did everything they said they would.

Homecare sent out two separate handymen on two separate appointments. The first was an electrician who was very professional and seemed to know his stuff. However when it came to the estimate the price was way out of line. Next the plumber came. He actually seemed like a plumber's assistant. The young man was aloof and seemed to guess when asked questions. He was asked to look under the house at the dishwasher connection. We didn't follow him outside, but when he came back in he smelled like he took a smoke break instead. Learned our lesson there about following these people.

Very efficient, professional, and helpful. This company had the lowest service charge of the four that I called, and the quickest response time.

I was able to get an in person quote the next day after calling. The contractor arrived on time for both the quote and the following day for the work. I felt the price was a little steep, but the following week we had Hurricane Gustav and the gutters drained well and stayed in tact so it was worth it for the quality of work done. The contractor and his helper were both very polite and appropriately dressed. They had a radio with them but kept it at a respectful volume so they wouldn't disturb me or my neighbors. They cleaned the work area up very well. Also, they explained in much detail what they were going to do and why, then afterwords showed me what they did and how it should hold up in the upcoming storm we were expecting. As a single female those types of explanations are very important, and I appreciated the fact he didn't talk down to me even when I told him I didn't know much about gutters. Instead he took more time to show me the types of screws etc. required and the difference between the type I had and the type I needed and why the gutters were having problems during storms with their original screws. I'm going to contact them again to help with some other odd jobs I want to have done around the house.

I was very impressed; the plumber that Homecare sent did an excellent job.

My air conditioning went out on a weekend and I called HomeCare. Brian was out in a flash and was in my hot attic for a while. Brian was extremely punctual and professional. His knowledge and willingness to explain in detail was comforting. He has been in the A/C/Heating business for a long time and grew up helping his dad in the business. He did the replacement himself with no helpers and was in and out in 5 hours. If I ever have A/C/Heating problems again, I will be sure to call HomeCare and make certain I get Brian Cass to be my service representative. Actual cost was only $100 higher than the estimate.

The person who came to fix it was actually early! He had finished another job, came on early to do this one and was very prompt, polite, and efficient with the repair. Even though Home Care can be a little more expensive on some work they perform, I am never dissatisfied with the results. All personnel are very skilled with what they do and they show up exactly on time or early as this repairman did.

The response by Homecare was phenomenal. They are prompt and always professional. The technician game me detailed information on the problem and allowed me to make an informed decision.

Great. Fixed the problem and answered questions regarding why it happened & what it was.

This was a difficult job: embossed paintable wallpaper, old house (not a 90 degree angle anywhere) and a square pattern to match. Oh, and wainscoating. Also the room is small and has a tight cutback area where the toilet sits, so it was hard to set up ladders to reach some of the areas. The sister and brother who did the job worked efficiently, matched the pattern so the dips and bends and nonplumbness is not noticeable, and left the job site clean.

Troy arrived early, went right to work after discussion of estimate of job. Was careful to be sure the job went cleanly. Hauled off old hood vent. Explained use of controls for both appliances. Worked steadily, and was polite.

The crew showed up and got the job done quickly. According to local commercials, they do the best job. I assume the plumbing job is quality for the $2850 charged. This is about over $1000 more than my lowest estimate. The bad part is they left my backyard a mess. They did a terrible job filling in the ditch they dug. When asked why, the leader replied that they were not landscapers. They also left cigarette butts and old pipe. I spent two hours the next Saturday cleaning up their mess. If I had to do it again, I would go with the low estimate. The total job was not worth the premium price.

Very well. A dishonest workman could have told me that shingles needed repair and charged me for unnecessary work. Victor investigated the possibilities and told me the truth.

To change the whole door would be $2000, rather than spend that money they repaired it and saved me a few years on the door. They did an outstanding job.
