I think I paid an hourly rate like $125 per hour. He came out pretty promptly and fixed the leak. The water was leaking, coming from the house underground. We had already dug it out and found out where it was, as opposed to having them come, hunt for it from the house to the street. We had already found the leak, but my husband was hesitant to repair it, saying "if I don't do it exactly right, we'll still have to call them anyway". So, I said, "just call them," So he came out, and within 15 to 20 minutes he was done because we already did all the harder work.

It went really smoothly. He came out when I had a leak. He did the check, diagnosed the problem, ordered the tank and came back as soon as the tank came in. The tank was in the ceiling behind the tiles, and he even fixed the tiles after he was done.

In both cases the technician and his crew did great work. Most appreciated. I can highly recommend.

They sent Kenny, a licensed, bonded plumber of 15 plus years of experience. Kenny looked at all our plumbing problems and quoted us a price which we thought was fair. He then went through each item, and explained what he was doing and why. He thought up a creative solution for one problem and he solved all our plumbing needs. He was friendly and professional. We will call and ask for Kenny again.

The guys came out twice. The first time was to give an estimate. When they came back, I had added two things to their list. They handled those with ease and got everything done for a very reasonable price. They answered all of my questions and took the time to explain not only what they were doing, but why some electrical events happened and what to look out for in future.

Excellent. The guy that they have working over there is an "A" across the board. They are a little expensive, but I am willing to pay it.

I am impressed with the work. In such a tight space, these repairs could not have been easy. I was pleased with the work and the amount charged.

Very well. Plumber was easy to work with. He did an excellent job. The work did turn out to be more extensive and cost more than I had anticipated, but was probably necessary because of the age of my drain piping. I'm very pleased with the finished work.

Home 360 Inc sent a plumber to my location within three hours. He cleared both blockages. The line from the septic tank to the spot to the point where it flowed out was very long----over eighty feet. He explained to me what needed to be done. He was very professional and courteous. He gave me some ideas of what might have happened to the line---it was close to trees, where the roots might have damaged the line and caused the blockage. He was out there for about 2.5 hours.

It went great Tim has been working on my appliances for for years and I wouldn't want everyone else to work on them

Installation went smoothly. Arrived at noon (time of appointment) and was finished before 1:00pm.

He was professional and called before he came so I would have a better idea of his timing. I paid for the estimate, but didn't have him make the repair because I decided to put a new roof on the house and used a different provider. We have used Homecare 360 frequently over the years for many different home care needs. We have always been pleased with the quality of the service they provided and happy with their prompt attention to our needs.

Went great, Will use them again in future.

The specialist fixed the problem which required adjustments to the doors and explained how and why it was occurring. He was prompt and professional. We definitely plan to use Home360 services again.

They didn't come and I have used them for years. I've been a very loyal customer, I have recommended them to many people over the years

You have to take the call for an estimate only a couple of hours before they come out. I'm self-employed, very busy, I need to schedule in advance. An hour or so before you show up is not professional, and not something most folks I know can work with. I've had trouble with them in the past and will not be call them them again.

Rick Silva did the work. He is very competent. It was a joy to have him working in our home. Home360 was not the low bidder on the job. It was the company that seemed most interested in having the job and most skilled in describing what needed doing (I asked all responders that question, and Home360 described better than anyone else exactly what needed to be done).

Great. Guy was punctual, neat, polite. Left bethroom cleaner than when he got here. Was able to get someone within a day (critical, as I am trying to sell my house).

Sammy arrived every day precisely on time - 8 a.m. He had a systematic approach to the job. We cleared the walls and shelves. He then patched, repaired, and light sanded each room before beginning to paint . He worked every day until 4 p.m. Having a stranger working in your house can be disturbing, but Sammy was so quiet (no loud radio) and so nice, we were able to continue our activities without much interruption. The result is a beautiful paint job throughout the house. We will use Home 360 again. If you need a painter, Sammy is the man you want!

Great wirk nbeded ut a but a bit oricy

The experience was good. It is a local company. We have used them for painting and plumbing and everything. They had made a base to the shed, and it collapsed after 2 years, so they came back and fixed it at no charged, and let that man go.

Work was done by a competitor. Additional work was required while on site and after I broke a pipe, total was $2100
