Our washing machine would not complete its cycle. I described the problem to Home360 over the phone and gave them the make and model number to it. Based on the description of the problem and the make and model number, repairman knew what was the likely problem. He was right. This was a very good diagnosis via telephone and he was prepared at first visit to repair it. The cost, though, seemed rather high. Granted, they spent little time on this because they were skilled workers, but still, $182, for a part that seemed to cost $20? Still, few craftsmen are so skilled and prepared. I would hire them again.

They are very good. They were very professional and prompt. They did the full job and were very tidy. They knew their job very well.

We were extremely pleased with Home 360, and Greg specifically. He patiently worked with us to find a window that would closely match the rest of the house. He was extremely thorough and neat in his work.

They are very professional. They do charge you to come out but if you accept their bid they apply it to the last bill.

I e-mailed Home 360 on Thursday, they called me on Friday and set up the appt for Monday. He was right on time, he had everything he needed to do the job. He worked efficiently and quietly and was gone before I knew it. Overall he did an excellent job. I gave this company a "B" for price because I thought it would be a little less to repair but that's just a guess on my part. I have no idea the cost of repairing these things. For all I know, his price could have been on the low side. I'm very pleased with the results...that's the bottom line.

Homecare has great customer service and service providers have always been on time, helpful, and responsible. I have had great experiences with this company.

Since they did the work I have had to replace the light bulbs three different times in less than a year. I am still having trouble with my electrical, but they keep coming back trying to fix it. I will continue to use them because there are not any decent electricians around. They also checked my washer and dryer and there were two parts that needed to be replaced. The repairman called in to get the cost and it was almost $1,500. He was almost in tears over it.

The quote was high. I did get another quote from them later for another job.

The repairs took four days and Mario, the gtentleman who gave us the estimate, and did the work, was truly a professional. His estimate was right on target, he made constructive suggestions, took accurate measurements, never once complained, showed up on time each morning, and the work is that of a master craftsman. We had three estimates and all were about the same but when interviewing him while his working up the cost, it was obvious he knew his craft. My great room floor and surrounding steps are far from being plumb but you would never notice the imperfections upon completion. Naturally, we are so very pleased.

Home360 was prompt in responding to our request for an estimate, and their people--from those answering the phone and scheduling appointments, to the ones who came by to look at our project and prepare estimates--were very professional and courteous.

I requested three quotes from companies, and while I'm not a professional, the information I received from Home 360 was conflicting from both other quotes and information I read online. During the quote, I asked if I should run a load calculation, and they said it wasn't necessary. Yet, they said that my system would need to increase to a three ton system. From what I have been told, oversizing is the most common problem with energy consumption. So I was uneasy taking their word given the small size of my condo. They also told me that it was impossible to replace just half the system. This again was conflicting since my other two quotes included a half system replacement. The final quote received from Home 360 was the quickest, and seemed less thorough than other quotes. Other companies I received quotes from required a day to complete measurements. I'm not sure which is typical. The quote itself was very well above my other two quotes. Home 360 followed up concerning the negative report. I felt the call was unapologetic in nature, and instead a plea to remove the post from Angie's List.

I left something in the dishwasher that caused it to smoke and called to get someone in to see if the dishwasher was still safe to use. The service person came, checked it out, cleaned it, and said it was still safe, and it has been fine.

Everything went well. The repair was fine, but I found their price to be a bit high.

I thought the pricing was reasonable but I found someone that I liked better. I mostly didn?t use them because of the price. They were very professional and they provided a detailed written estimate.

We tried them for different things at different times. On one occasion an electrician or A/C repair man came out and charged us an exorbitant amount of money. First of all, it was he and his son, on the first day. He came back the second day to complete the job because it was late in the evening on the first day, and he came by himself. Then he came up with this charge and I paid it and I felt bad about it but I didn't really say anything to him. I did say it that I thought it was rather high and he said that's what's for the hours. Then on checking it out more closely I realized he had charged me for having his son here the whole next morning when his son was never here. So he charged me his rate plus his helper or son's rate for another 4-5 hours because he was here; it seemed like forever. So I ended up paying for it then. I haven't said anything to anybody about it but I can't say I was happy, I think I kind of got ripped off. This one guy ripped me off big time but the other prices seem to be fairly reasonable. He was here in a timely manner and they were good professionally.

We purchased the house in 2009 and knew that a few things would need to be done. When a new roof was put on prior to our purchase, the roofers cut the chimney hole in the wrong spot and instead of putting the new elbow joint on the pipe, they just threw the elbow joint in the attic and put the chimney in at a slant and never connected it. The screen around the top of the cap had been pushed down by birds and they built a nest in it. I even had a bird in my fireplace from them pushing down on the flue. That was the final straw!! Ryan Berthelot gave us an estimate on 4/7/10 of some work to be done on our chimney. He was originally going to replace the cap, but found it impossible to find a replacement. His estimate was for: Remove chimney pipe & clean out as needed. Reinstall all sections aprx 5 sections. Bend spark reflector back into place as close as possible. Also install screen to prevent birds from going down chimney, re-strap to keep in place. The estimated price was $515 minus a $50 coupon with a 1 year complete warranty. Ryan and his partner came out and did the work on 4/12/2010. I was concerned since the prior weekend we had been hearing a lot of chirping as if some eggs had possibly hatched. When I went out to voice my concern, he opened his hand and had a baby bird in his hand and was going to his truck. He had made a nest in a bucket and there were 3 baby blue jays. He said that he was going to nurse them to health. So SWEET! He even brought the birds out for my 2 yr old to see since she has been obsessed lately with birds hatching. The work was done in 1 1/2 hours. They came back later that afternoon and was going to do some touch up painting on the chimney. When they put the first coat on they realized it looked kind of glossy and different from the rest of the chimney, so they went ahead and painted the WHOLE chimney!! Above and Beyond. The chimney looks great, perfectly plumb, and he put 2 lays of screening to not only prevent birds, but bugs too!!! Thank You HomeCare for a job well done!!

They did a fair amount of work and they did good work. I don't know if the price was okay as I don't know what the market prices were at that time. I don't have a lot to say about them. The way they operate is that sometimes they have contractors that work with them and they supposedly have somebody go along with the contractor when they are new, but those contractors have to go out and get new estimates, so I found that my work took longer than it probably should have because of the painter having to go out and make new estimates with the other customers. I was satisfied with their work by maybe about 75 percent. They were supposed to do the punch list and come back and take care of things that I had found. By the time I was ready for them to do that, apparently the painter who painted my house had left. In the interim, he has come back, but the bottom line is that at that time he was gone, so I never got the punch list done. They do run a little high on price and that is because the contractors have to pay the company a certain percentage. In order for them to come out, they have to charge higher. I think they could have finished on time. They were in this house for about 3 months. I would not use the company again. I think their product is their circumstances. I did wait quite a while to get the job finished. I was ill because they were supposed to have finished before I moved in and I wound up moving in and they weren't finished yet. That wasn't good.

We wanted to repair some rotting flooring in our bathroom underneath our tub. They gave us an estimate on tiling the whole bathroom. They were very receptive as far as coming out and giving an estimate quickly. They do the estimate on site. They seemed very organized and were easy to work with. Their bid was pretty high, though.

Technician was prompt, responded same day as my call, had the needed part in his vehicle, worked neatly, as I had a washer full of water, showed me the broken part, offered to dispose of it for me, also answered some questions and gave me some hints on maintaining the garbage disposal. Very courteous and professional. Was in and out in under an hour, and I was back in business!!

My elderly sister and I live alone. On a Sunday our hot water pilot light went out. Our neighbor who usually lights it for us was away for the weekend. We called Home Repair and, to their credit, they were the only company to respond to our call. We were told that he could not light the heater because it was too old, unsafe and should be replaced. We agreed to the replacement on the following work day. The price of $1,400 for the purchase and installation of a new, gas hotwater heater seems excessive.

We called into Home360 to have our heating system inspected and the person on the phone gave me straight forward answers along with the price for the inspection and cleaning of the heating unit along with a service agreement for the A/C for spring. The tech named Brian came to the house and walked both my wife and I through the process of the inspection and cleaning. After completing the work in the attic he again gave us a verbal report of the work done and the shape of the system. He really impressed us both with his detail to the service and caring about us. Upon leaving he made sure that the digital thermostat had new batteries and showed me some features that I did not know it had. I will use Home360 for my next home repair or service!!!

They were courteous and prompt. They kind of broke down in steps the things that had to be done and also did a follow up. They didn?t charge me anything for coming out and the estimate was free. The price that they quoted was very high and the quality of their service was okay. I would have to go with someone else for that project.

I was pleased with them. The price was reasonable. They were very professional and they did a good job.

Three men came to do the job- the new machine was heavy and the doors had to be removed to get it in the house. I overheard one say that my house was "a wreck",

Mr. Joe showed up right on time for the estimate and work, within 24 hours of each other. Very punctual, friendly, and courteous. Will definitely use him again.
