We needed a piece of crown molding surrounding a door frame replaced that was chewed by our dog. Home360 came out and gave us an estimate to replace the single piece. We agreed on a price and set a repair date. The carpenter showed up on time. after removing the existing piece of crown molding he left to purchase a matching replacement. He could not find the exact style to match and ended up having to replace all three pieces of molding. He did an excellent job including matching the paint color to the nearby trim exactly. Even though he did more work then what was originally bid, he still stuck to the original estimate. I will definitely use them again.

We have attempted to contact Member three times in order to schedule a Field Supervisor to help address her concerns. At this point, we have not received a response from Member. Since the proposed work was on the exterior of the home, our Field Supervisor viewed the area and met with the craftsman who estimated the repairs. Without the benefit of speaking to Member, we are unable to address her concerns and discuss the different repair options our craftsman failed to provide. After having Home360 perform 58 different jobs for her, it is our hope that Member knows we will stand behind her every time she does business with us. It is our desire to have the opportunity to meet with her and continue the relationship she started with us in 1990. Home360 never wants to leave a customer dissatisfied in any way with our service. Anytime a customer has a concern with price or scope of work, we send a Field Supervisor, who has 25+ years of construction knowledge, to personally meet with the customer. If our craftsman made any estimating errors, it is addressed immediately by adjusting the price and in most cases, issuing an additional discount for the inconvenience we caused. There are occasions when our Field Supervisor may be able to suggest different repair methods or options our craftsman failed to present. If a problem arises from either one of the situations mentioned above, our Field Supervisor personally reviews the problem with the craftsman to prevent the same experience from reoccurring. In response to our pricing, our goal is not to be the cheapest. Our goal is to be the absolute best by offering excellent customer service, 24/7 emergency response, state licensed, bonded and insured craftsman, and quality work with a lifetime craftsmanship guarantee. Faucet in the kids bathtub/shower was hard to turn on and off. Called two other plumbers in the area and did not receive a return call. Called Home360 and they sent someone out the same day(weekend). The part had to be picked up, so could not be fixed that day. Chris was very professional and worked around my schedule. He came back on the day that I requested and fixed the faucet in a jiffy. I may have been able to get the job done cheaper, but was unable to get a plumber to return my call. Home360(Chris) was fast,reliable,curteous and professional. Well worth the money.

. They are like handy men service. They had old drains that were kind of unbalanced and had to do a lot scrapping and leveling. Their service was great. They were clean. They did what they said they would do. . There was no problem with the repair since then. I thought their price was a little high for what they did. I would use them in the future.

The technician did an excellent job making adjustment to the unit to eliminate water leak through the roof into the Den. He also serviced the unit (inside and out )and changed several defective parts. He recommended a different air filter which is much more durable and lasting. I was very pleased with his professionalism and signed an extended contract to have the heating unit serviced when winter approached.

Eveyything went well from start to finish. The people came to give the estimates and we hired them on the spot. All work was done in about 11/2 weeks (including having to order a door)
Description of Work: Two wall-mount fans were installed on a screened porch. Anew line and switch was installed to accomodate the fans. A new door was placed on our storeroom facing out doors and adjustments were made to our front door to alleviate gaps caused by warping.

After receiving the estimate, I authorized the work. The job had been scheduled to start on a Monday, but the painter had a family illness and the crew did not arrive until Tuesday. The HomeCare 360 people did call me and keep me informed of the delay. On Tuesday, a four-person crew arrived and began work. The first day was spent in surface-preparation; the following three days on painting. The painting was done properly (with the exception of one stair molding that should have been bright white and was instead painted the wall color). The crew did an exceptionally good job of smoothing wall and ceiling sheetrock imperfections before painting. I didn't think that the surfaces could look so good! The crew was obviously experienced and diligent. I would recommend them to you. The crew leader was "Stephanie.' On the negative side, very little, actually. I did have to clean up some small paint drips off of the floor after the crew left, but the amount of residue was minor (I'm picky about the floors since I installed them myself). Overall, the job was performed in the allotted time, at the price estimated, and with very good results. Of course, with Homecare 360, the price is never the cheapest available, but you get some specific advantages: The crews are bonded & insured, Homecare guarantees the work, the workers are always personable and non-threatening, you don't have to worry about the workers using access to your home as a pretense to casing the joint for potential burglary, and (usually) the work is performed well and on time.
Description of Work: Wall and ceiling painting in living room, stairwell, and exterior doors. The wall sheet rock had previously been covered with wallpaper, and the ceiling had been covered with "popcorn" texture. The original builders had never finished the walls and ceiling for painting. Rough spots and join lines were visible in the sheetrock on both the walls and ceiling. New crown molding had been installed, but not yet painted. Two new exterior doors had been installed, but not yet finished.

First, I'd like to say that there are many people who give A's for all categories except price. Folks you have to pay for quality - that's how it works. I've used Home360 on many occasions and have always been satisfied with them. They stand behind the work they do and although you pay a premium you can rest knowing that you can call them back if something isn't right - I have and they respond. In this case, Ricky C. showed up exactly at 2:00 (which was critical to me, I scheduled my day around the appointment - I work at home and am on the phone all day). The entire repair was done in less than 30 minutes with parts on his truck.

First Electrician was replaced by someone who diagnosed problem and recommended a separate circuit to GFI that would allow 12 gauge wiring to a 20 amp breaker and not 14 gauge to a 15 amp breaker, est. $300. Shingle repair was minor , done quickly and will last until entire roof replaced this year.

I had a bad experience with them. I had them come out for an estimate, and they ended up billing me for something I wasn't supposed to be billed for. They refunded me. It was supposed to be free. I didn't use them because of that experience. I received a supposedly free estimate, and they ended up charging me for that estimate. I already knew there was an issue. I called out a plumber to check the shower pan, because I knew it had to be replaced. They said that a contractor does the shower pan, and the plumber has to make sure that the shower pan is leaking. He didn't even go under the house, and they charged me for something that I knew had to be replaced anyway. I was livid. After I harassed them, they gave me my money back.

We scheduled our appointment with member based on the information we thought we understood on her original call. However, regardless of where the miscommunication occurred, if she perceived it to be our negligence, in the interest of customer service we took immediate action. Based on her complaint she did not have a true Home360 experience. We gladly and promptly refunded the $79 fee charged (no harassing was necessary). Because member is important to us as a customer, we offered our carpenter to return for a free estimate any convenient time, even if it required meeting after hours or on the weekend. Member ultimately did not schedule the appointment. At the time of the complaint, we pursued Mrs. Townsley in an effort to correct any miscommunications she felt she experienced with Home360. In not allowing us to make amends, in what way could we change her experience to satisfactory? After receiving the post on Angie’s list, a follow up call was made to Mrs. Townsley, to again apologize for the communication failure and express our desire to have her as a customer. It is our hope that she will allow us to serve her in the future.

Everything as promised and fixed additional problems as they arose. Very professional and completed work in less than a week (and we had to only wait a couple days for them to start). I am sure they are more expensive than other people, but their quickness, expertise, and professionalism more than compensate for additional expenses. Mike Absher, the carpenter that oversaw the project was excellent to work with.
Description of Work: Completely "gutted" bathroom and bathroom floor and replaced 3 joists supporting bathroom on a pier and beam home. Replaced floor and installed vinyl tiles. Completely replaced plumbing for bathroom and installed new bathtub, toilet, and lavatory. Replaced dry wall and installed cultured marble shower surround. Painted and trimmed out entire bath. First impressions are good. The plumber and the carpenter we have worked with so far have been very courteous, nice and professional. They responded very quickly, which was a big reason we went with them. They seem to be very punctual. They have, so far, done everything they have promised to do. The estimate they gave us was probably the worst-case-scenario. I don't think they tried to low-ball us. So far everything seems to be going well. The people that have been out so far have been knowledgeable and made good suggestions. The communication has been great. They call a few times a day and update us when necessary. The Home 360 People have been courteous. Our only complaint has been they have not been able to get the appropriate people out to look at some additional work we need done as of today.
Description of Work: They provided a quote for re-doing a bathroom for us, including tearing up a floor, replacing 3 joists on the floor, all the plumbing, new bathtub, shower surround, new toilet, new vanity and sink, and building a surround for a stackable washer and dryer and a bit of drywall and touch-up interior painting. Greg is truly a professional and I consider him an expert in this type of repair.
Description of Work: My husband was in the attic and stepped through the accoustical ceiling in the livingroom and made a large hole. I called Home360 and on Monday and on Tuesday Greg Wilson came out and gave me an estimate which I accpeted. Later in the week he made such an excellent repair that it is impossible to tell where the damage was located. At that time I did not have ceiling paint so he came at a later date and applied the paint so well that it blended in perfectly with the rest of the ceiling.

My A/C stopped cooling the house. I looked on Angie's List for a company. I found Home360 and decided to give them a try. The tech came out on 08/09/2010. He discovered that the R-22 was low. He then proceeded to search for a leak. He found that the evaporator coil had a leak. The part was covered under manufacturer's warranty. He ordered a replacement part. My house was getting appraised the very next day for refinancing, so I asked him to charge up the R-22, even though there was a leak. I needed the A/C working for the appraisal. He charged the R-22. The tech returned on 08/12/2010 to replace the part. It was then that he noticed that the air handler in the attic was a 2.5 ton air handler, but the compressor outside was a 3 ton compressor. He pointed that out and said that it could lead to two potential issues: inefficiency because the compressor is working at three tons while the air handler can only handle 2.5 tons, making the compressor work harder than it needs to; the other issue, due to the same reason, would cause the compressor to go out quicker than its natural life and would need to be replaced over the next couple of years. My house was built back in 2007, so this is how the setup was with the house originally. There was another house getting their evaporator coil replaced that day by a different company. My technician went go inquire about their issue from their technicians and found out that they, too, had the same setup with a 2.5 ton air handler and a 3 ton compressor. He asked if I still wanted him to replace the coil. He recommended that the builder of the house be contacted about the issue. So, I held off on that day, and made a back-up appointment for 08/16/2010. I contacted the builder who then referred me to the company that installed the units. The company then said that they received special authorization from the manufacturer to perform the setup because there was an issue with the 3 ton air handlers at the time of the installation. I then contacted the manufacturer, but they would only speak to technicians. My technician then offered to contact the manufacturer. After talks with the builder, A/C installation company, and A/C manufacturer failed, I had the technician come back to replace the coil. He returned on 08/16/2010, and did the replacement. Overall, I am very happy with the service. The charge for the first visit was $269 to replace the R-22. He had to add 6 lbs of R-22. This charge fell in line with pricing I've seen online at multiple sites. The charge to come back and replace the coil was $1159. This charge included the labor to replace the coil (only the part was covered under manufacturer warranty, not the labor), shipping for the coil (shipping for the part was also not included under manufacturer warranty), and to recharge the R-22 a second time (it had depleted itself again from the first visit). The technician was very professional and ethical. In fact, he was one of the most ethical people that I've ever worked with. Some companies would have just replaced the coil and never said anything. However, the technician was so concerned for his customer, that he went the extra mile to point out a potential issue. The technicians for the house down the street getting their coil replaced didn't even tell the home owner about the setup (even after my technician pointed it out to them). They just did the job and left. My technician not only pointed out the issue, but followed up with the manufacturer to find out why this installation was done. He also followed up with the technicians for the house down the street because he was concerned for them, also, even though it wasn't his company doing the service. When I tell you that my technician was ethical, it doesn't come more ethical than him. It is because of this wonderful experience that I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for service, and I would definitely choose them for repeat service in the future.

The day before hosting a big party, the contents of our garbage disposal disgustingly started backing up into the guest bathtub, which then wouldn't drain. Rather than waste any time trying to clear it on my own, I called Home360. Even though it was after 2pm, on a Friday, they were able to send someone out within 2 hours. They sent a licensed master plumber to do the work; the problem was just an accumulation of glop that had clogged a common spot. Problem resolved within an hour, and afterwards he went out to his car to get our two dogs some biscuits!! Thought that was a nice touch. Maybe I could have gotten the repair for less money, but my friends use Home360 almost exclusively and have never been disappointed with the results, and I needed that level of certainty. I will certainly use Home360 again.

The experience was good. Kerry knew what he was doing and he did it in a quick and professional manner. I would highly recommend him and will use him again. He did the work that was required, cleaned up after, and offered to come back to put up my light after the remodel is done. It's been hard to find an electrician I felt good about using.
